This is a really nice natural essential oil pillow mist to help you sleep. It smells nice and is not over powering. The bottle is also nice and nice to use. It would be nice if it lingered longer.

We use this as part of our child’s bedtime routine. It smells lovely and relaxing, and we love it because it’s all natural. I can’t claim it helps her sleep, but it’s certainly a calming and familiar part of the routine, that we can replicate on holiday too.

This is the best pillow spray I have ever bought, it may be a little more expensive, but well worth it.

I was bought the Neals Yard sleep pack. I have had other similar products which didn’t improve my sleep. This spray actually works. I am asleep in no time with a couple of shots. I have bought another spray from Amazon costs much less than from Neals Yard. The hand cream is good too.
