20V Power Share 320 PSI Hydroshot Power Cleaner - WG620.9 (Tool Only)

This worked beautifully for cleaning off the moss from the side of my husband's car. Easy to use, good speed, chews up battery power, however. Took two separate batteries to finish just one car!

Works pretty good and it's handy.

Looks good, too cold to use at this time!

I always give a review for all of my purchases with total honesty and hope it will help others to make a decision. I have purchased eight Worx tools in the past several years. Both wood working and gardening. I have always been impressed with the quality of the tools and batteries. I recently purchased my third Worx Hydroshot power cleaner. The first one (purchased 3 years ago) leaked from all sides after a year or so. The second one, which has a different battery and charger leaked in the same way a month ago. I now have two batteries and a charger that will not fit any of my other Worx tools. I took it apart and found the small transparent tube in the intake water fitting was cracked. Of course, I tried to find a diagram and replacement parts online but the only thing you can find are accessories. My Karcher, larger power washer, has millions of replacement parts available. Apparently Worx doesn’t want DYIers to make repairs. Long story short, I ordered my third Hydroshot and it arrived yesterday. The difference between the past Hydroshots and todays is extremely disappointing. The plastic is thiner and feels like a much cheaper version of the past ones. The pressure seems to be less as well. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hope it will last longer than its predecessors. My rating is strictly for the Hydorshot and not for the Worx line of tools and batteries. I have been completely happy with the quality of all my other Worx tools.

Only works with proprietary, exclusive, Worx battery packs. This was not obvious from Amazon's product listings. "Recommended items" showed among Worx tools displayed the widely compatible Black & Decker style batteries. Worx batteries are 3-to-4 times the cost of similar capacity Black & Decker batteries. This greatly inflates the operating costs of Worx tools, making for poor value for the money. Also, the design makes it difficult to use a continuous water source (such as a garden hose) with the wand. Spend a little more and get a real pressure washer! I suspect this company gets a lot of returned products. No wonder.

Great for small jobs like your deck, your fence and patio

I notice from one of the reviews that the reviewer's product "was not pumping water". I had the same problem, until I realised that the spray nozzle has to be on the correct way up (with the main body on the lower side), otherwise it will not work. Once this was done, there were no further problems. I would also comment that this product is ideal for lower power uses, such as cleaning a bike, which is what I bought it for, where you don't want a high pressure jet. Not sure it would be so good for cleaning stone, brick or tiles, for example.

I purchased this item and a separate battery (WORX WA3551.1) but the battery does not fit. This is confusing knowing that Worx says that all batteries can fit their devices. Any clue ?

I made the mistake of buying mine on the amazon.com site (USA) rather than the UK one. The UK batteries dont fit the American hydroshot. I have the Worx Compact Circular Saw and thaught the batteries for that would fit. So I had to buy a separate battery and charger. So be aware that powershare is a bit deceptive not all shares are alike. It works great though, I washed the car with it this afternoon.

On trying to commission the unit I tried fitting the battery pack and It wouldnot not engage either in the housing or the power terminals. It was shipped from the USA and I am to return it via UPS but i am currently experiencing difficuly in finding an agent in my area.

Pressure but not flow, so it is useless.
