Cosmic Journeys: My Out-of-Body Explorations With Robert A. Monroe

I couldn't not put this book down once I started reading it. I had already read Robert Monroe's 3 books, listened to the Explorers' recordings on the TMI website, am listening to the TMI's Gateway Experience hemi-synch CDs set, which led to me get this book for further information. I'm on a mission to learn as much as I could about what we are in the the universe. This book added so much fascinating details that I always wondered about and I absolutely enjoyed it. There is one thing that did not resonated with me, which is that Ms. McKnight was a very religious person and her interpretations were colored by her religious beliefs and worshiping of God. I was able to put it aside (accepting that everyone being different) and enjoyed the unique details that I could not find in any other metaphysical books. She did not have the scientific mind as Mr. Monroe; however, she was extremely open-minded, playful, and intuitive to easily tune in to other layers/aspects of the universe. I appreciate the different layers and textures that differently gifted people bring in to the whole picture. I highly recommend this book to anyone open-minded and interested in expanding consciousness and awareness of the dimensions beyond our physical 3D.

Thank you ROMC for the info in this book. It has filled gaps in my knowledge base regarding the sessions that developed Gateway. I'm an avid fan of RAM whom I never met in the flesh, but I did meet him at the PARK during the Gateway program in October 1995. He has been a great teacher and guide in my life. Your book clarified many questions regarding energy estates and other particulars of the OBE experience. Very valuable book. This second time around I thoroughly enjoyed the many experiences you went through, specially the transcripts of the teachings presented by the Helpers, and the view of the year 3000. There is SOOO much information here; its going to take several more readings to begin to digest it all.

I really enjoyed this book! Rosalind McKnight was truly a pioneerin the Monroe Institute's program development due to themany insights she was given while using the Hemi-Synchmethods that Robert Monroe was still developing at thetime. It would appear that she was the first to hear aboutcreating a resonant energy balloon, and perhaps thewording of the mantra "I am more than physical matter..."I am looking forward to my own Gateway experience ina few months at the Institute!

I realy enjoyed reading how the research of the Monroe Institute began. Robert Monroe was a so fine people. Here in France, only a few know him. Rosalind is a verry good pupil to astral travel as well.

The explorations continue as Rosalind McKnight shares her experiences of the dimensions beyond the earth realm. She paints a much clearer picture of how soul travels work with her helpers guiding her through different levels of dimensional consciousness. We experience, through her, new realms of possibility, vibration, and frequency into other dimensional realms of existence. I truly enjoyed this book as it was a major page turner for me. I look forward to reading her other one as well, which I also have. Great work here!

Reading a book about ones upcoming death excited ones imagination. Rosalind's next book is even more exciting. Be sure to read it.

A very good description of the afterlife, and the different dimensions one visits when leaving your body behind! This understanding is so important for your letting go of all fear of death!

The way the first twenty pages or so of this book is written leaves a lot to be desired. It's full of mocked-up dialog that is unrealistic and expository. This unnecessary approach gets in the way of the subject matter. Quite amateurish. As I read further, the meat of the material became more interesting. I wish the book had a good editor so that the unnecessary dialog could have been eliminated in favor of a description of what was experienced.If you have had out of body experiences or would like to, this book is interesting because it recounts the possibilities of experiences in this wide open field.

Fascinating book. Taught me more about what's beyond the veil. Also confirmed a lot of what I already knew, especially after reading Dolores Cannons' work.

Para quem já eu os excelentes livros de Robert Monroe, amigo da autora, esse livro não somou nada de novo, pois as experiências fora do corpo da autora, são menos intensas e mais superficiais.

I am so glad to find this book. I was already a fan of Robert A. Monroe and his work.In this book one of his "test-subjects" tells us all around her journeys and the workingwith Robert. Thank you for letting me/us know more about the reality of life.
