She's loose.
I used it on a fluval 407, it works really well but it is also very loose by the connections. You can use the supplied suctions to secured it in place but if you have a strong canister it will eventually become loose overtime. The holes that was predrilled are small so it'll push your fish sideways if they are not used to fast current, pointing it up or towards the glass won't work either. If you have calm water or slow water fish, I'd recommend you to redo the holes and make it bigger like I did and point it upwards and towards the glass.

Perfect for my fluval fx4
I have mine on my fx4 on a 55 gallon. It lowers the current in the tank to the perfect flow for low current fish.1. Drill the holes a little over double the size they originally are.2. For the tubing positioning: Get two elbows that connect to make a u shape; I used 1.5 size pvc elbows. This will hold the tubing on the tank wall and replace the original fulval clamps. The clamps the fx4 comes with will hold the bar way WAY to low into the tank. These elbows also insure that if for some reason the out take connection fails, the water will still end up in the tank and not on your floor.4. For attaching the spray bar to the tubing: get a 1/2 pvc elbow. This will be attached to the spray bar directly and the other end will connect to the flexible tubing but originally used to connect the tubing and original nozzles.3. Face the holes at an angle towards the wall it is attached to. This will disperse the water against the wall and upward. Thus, futher diffusing the current.

Works for Fluval FX4 with some additional modifications
The Rain Bar works great for the Fluval FX4. I had to drill the holes a little bigger and purchased a 1/2 inch elbow PVC for 50 cents at Home Depot, you'll have to wedge the pieces together a bit hard to make the pieces fit but it works. I'm giving it 4 stars due to a little inconvenience of modding it to fit with the FX4.

Works great with minor tweak...
Like others have mentioned, I had to drill slightly larger holes for this to work properly. Not a big deal, took maybe 2 minutes. Fits my Fluval 407 canister filter perfectly. Easy to clean out, comes apart well when needed. Nice and long, perfect for my 60 gallon tank.

Excellent product, easy assembly and it does what it ...
Excellent product, easy assembly and it does what it says it does. I have it in a 75 gallon tank connected to a Fluval 406 filter. It covers the full width of the tank, providing a gentle, evenly distributed current across the surface that 'rolls' down the front, across the bottom and up the back. I have not seen any 'dead' spots in the current or collected piles of waste in the corners, behind rocks, etc. Lots better than the duckbill outlet that comes with the 406. Cleared up my tank very quickly. Seems to keep the debris suspended and moving, allowing it to be filtered quicker.

Exactly what I needed , needs better suction cups
The media could not be loaded. Works perfect for my setup with fluval 406 filter 72 gallon bowfront but the suction cups are horrible. I wanted this cuz the stock outlet of the 406 is a single outlet and in my tank i have alot of width so i wanted something that would oxygenate and corculate water better.

Works great 👍
Great buy for anyone looking for spray bar to add to their aquariumI got this for a gentle flow I’m my planted aquarium, just make sure to get pump that can adjust the flow rateAlthough one problem I had was the holes were small and caused aggressive current so I drilled just a size smaller holes and and wow it made a huge differenceAnyways great purchase for meThanks seller

Good enough
Cheap, had to drill out holes for the flow to not be a jet, leaks from joints, which isn’t an issue because it’s under water. Do like the quietness it has added to my tank, as well as being able to have filter on full flow. Using a Fluval 407 canister
