I have purchased so many packages of filberts from a variety of suppliers, all of which disappointed me! I decided to risk it again with these filberts and was so pleasantly surprised. Out of 3 lbs., I only got maybe 8 bad nuts, if that, which for 3 lbs., is nothing. The filberts were fresh and tasty. I loved that the 3 lb. bag came in a vacuum sealed bag which I'm guessing was the key to the freshness. If you are like me, never being able to find a good supplier of these nuts, then give these a try! The only problem I see with these is that I'm going through them so fast. I am ordering 2 more 3-lb. bags of them. They make great TV snacks.

HADN'T HAD ANY OF THESE IN YEARS AND WAS GLAD TO SEE THEM AVAILABLE. USUALLY THEY COME SALTED OR CHOCOLATED AND THAT IS NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ONE. I THINK THEY MAY HAVE GOTTEN A BIT COLD IN THE DELIVERY PROCESS AS THE FLAVOR WAS A LITTLE WEAK--STILL GOOD THOUGH. DEHYDRATED THEM FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS AND THEY WERE FINE AND CRUNCHY. NEXT TIME I'LL ORDER WHEN THE WEATHER IS NOT SO COLD. DELIVERY OUT HERE IS OFTEN 'DELAYED' FOR SOME REASON AND THAT MEANS THE ITEM MAY HAVE SAT IN A TRUCK OR UNHEATED AREA. NOT A TRACE OF A SHELL--GOOD WORK!

Bought these to make hazelnut fudge for Xmas. The Turkish hazelnuts arrived on time in a vacuum sealed bag. I roasted them in the oven for my fudge recipe (which came out absolutely delicious) but they were just as good right out of the bag. Will be ordering more soon!!!

Received the nuts quickly, however these are dry, small, vacuum packed the brown skin on them is dry. I’ve had real raw hazelnuts straight from the tree and the shell is green, the inside of the nut should be pure white and the skin should be light as well. To sum it up these are regular shelled hazelnuts nothing about them is raw. The price is high and a total disappointment. I will never buy again,Plus these are the size of large peanuts. So very small for good hazelnuts. Don’t waste your money. I will give it to the squirrels because they are like saw dust when chewed. Yuk. I would give them zero rating.

Exactly as i hoped. Great quality product in solid packaging. I judt bought my second bag.

Love these nuts but.... eating them with porridge this morning & to my surprise & shock a nut with it’s shell on caused a bit o a problem. Chewing obviously very crunchy.... scared to swallow as aware of problems digesting, I panicked & spat it out. I have MS & try to be careful eating every meal. Unfortunately I feel very nervous eating them now. I am going to have to study before putting in my mouth.I do enjoy nuts with my porridge but it has spoilt it somewhat.

These are very tasty indeed I've added them to alot of items I've already made, will have to see what else they sell 👍👍

Please note this is just 454 grams. I got confused that it would be more. A bit disappointed I paid that much for 450grams of non-organic hazelnuts.

This is an excellent product. Very good value for money. Works buy again.
