Happy with these overalls, but had to order a second pair of the same size for the right fit
Love these overalls, the fabric is perfect — just the right amount of stretch, thickness and yet light enough for summer wear. One reviewer noted that the overalls were large in the hip area—she was absolutely right. There’s too much extra fabric and it’s not possible to alter them so that they fit properly. The overalls really poof out where the pockets are, which is anything but attractive. Knowing that the same size clothing item can be a very different fit, I ordered a second XS pair. So pleased that I did.I selected a different shade of black for each order, but the color looked exactly the same. However, the good news is that the second pair was significantly smaller than the first, so I will keep those. These are not high end, but they certainly look and feel good. I will refined the button holes and change the buttons to black metal Jean buttons so that they are not as noticeable as the white ones. For sizing: I purchased XS as that I normally wear a size 0 or 2 jeans, I’m just a little over 5’3” and 100 lbs. The NEW overalls are the right length, fit pretty well all over, though the hip area is still a little large. I will sew in two darts for a better fit. I included a photo of the two pairs sitting on top of each other with the size difference circled. If you’re very picky, these are not perfectly sewn, you can see in the photo of the shoulder straps and the button holes. But they’re overalls, they don’t need to be perfect. My suggestion is that if you get a pair that doesn’t fit properly, but you love these overalls, order a second pair, it might be just perfect for you.

Cute, Comfy, and Flattering—My New Favorite Overalls!
These Luvamia casual stretch overalls are everything I hoped for and more! I’m 5'7", 128 lbs, and the small fits like a dream—comfortable without being baggy, and perfectly flattering in all the right places. The stretchy fabric moves with me and feels soft and breathable, which makes them great for everything from lounging around the house to running errands or grabbing coffee with friends. They have a relaxed, casual vibe but still look put-together, especially when I pair them with a fitted tee or tank. The adjustable straps are a major win—they let me get the fit just right without any awkward gapping or pulling. Plus, the pockets are actually usable (yes!), and the quality feels solid and well-made.I’m seriously in love with these overalls. They’re stylish, super comfy, and just so easy to wear. If you’re on the fence—go for it. I’m already tempted to grab another color!

Not oversized, but SUPER soft
Definite pros and cons of these overalls.PROS:- SO SOFT! I love the material, is soft and slightly stretchy and feels really good on my skin, which I am actually happy and impressed with. I was worried it was going to be similar to a rough denim or canvas like material.- I really like the color. Its like a mossy swamp green and I actually really dig it.CONS:-DEFINITELY NOT OVERSIZED! I weight 190lbs. 5ft 5in tall and I wear a size 12. So I normally buy L for most things. I intentionally wanted these on the baggier side so I ordered XL. Thank goodness I did because they fit pretty formly. I dont even want to imagine how snug theyll be after washing and machine drying, sooo I'm going to air dry and not even try to machine dry. I know it will alter that softness of the material that I really like, but I don't want to risk them shrinking to a smaller size. So keep that in mind when you order.

From an Overalls Expert
Straight to the point!Measurements: 5'4(and a half!), approximately 130 lbs, Cup Suze is a B (cause they do go over the chest) and I think a 28" inseam. The good:I've shopped both in multiple stores and online, I've found these to be my favorite so I keep buying more.I normally wear a medium but I wanted baggy. I sized up to a Large and they are perfect.Ones I've had the longest are still going strong. Yes, the buckles on the straps have broken on 3 pairs. It's an easy 5 minute fix by searching up top and getting new buckles.I own several pairs so I'll give the goods on each in my opinion:NOT RIPPED ONES: I've got them in black and a medium to light blue. (Sorry, don't remember it's color name)Thicker than others, great for fall and winter. Have never had a strap break on these.Great pockets and the black is an older pair and it's still a vibrant black. (Vibrant?? Hmmm) Not quite as baggy as it's a stiffer fabric.I have found (across styles) that the medium/light blues do have a weird lower leg thing going on. They wrinkle odd when I'm rolling them. Almost as if it was slightly twisted when sewn. The medium/light blue is my least worn. But still have and still is a medium/light blue after multiple washes.->I wear the black all year long. Love them!FRAYED: Have in the lightest blue and the dark blue.Fabric is lightest weight of all styles. They've been so comfy all summer! Chuck on some long John's and winter here i come. Yes, I'll still roll them.Straps have not broken on these. I think I've learned, don't yank on the buckles when pulling them on. It seemed to be what I'd do all the time and since I'm aware now, maybe that's why They've not wonkied. They roll perfectly, nice wide lower leg. They hit about the ankle so a bit shorter than the rest. Both colors I throw in together and they're still looking great. Pockets are a thumbs up too!RIPPED: I have in dark blue, light blue and the medium/light blueDark blue is hands down my favorite pair of all I own. No to heavy, not too light. I also think they're the baggies in the crotch. Depending how I do the straps, they'll hit below my ankles even when rolled. These straps have broken. But only once. Fixed with new buckles and no problems. Buttons gave never come off on any pair.Again, same leg thing on the medium light. I don't wear them as often. The Dark blue is my most worn, I mean I wear these at least once a week. They're my oldest pair, maybe a year?, and the color hasn't faded one bit. Across styles I've had zero fading on all.Only suggestion, if you're going baggy, mind the knees. I've made the rips bigger by working so eventually I'll replace them but really, for 40$ I feel like I've already got my money's worth.Overall... no light/medium blue is what I'd recommend. I've not gotten the other colors yet but since I'm here, perhaps I will.If I were thinner overall I think a M would be a good baggy. I mean I can put both my arms down my front bib if I want so yea, they're good. If you want a tighter, put together go ahead n order your size. You can always undo the side buttons for a cute look too.Xx
