I like this holder much better than the plastic ones. It's great for my sit and stand desk. It is not quite as compact as the plastic type but the versatility it offers is worth the trade off. Sturdy metal, different ways to tighten it down. Easy to carry with me and looks neat anywhere you put it. Much easier to adjust than the hard wire plastic ones. I would recommend this item. Worth the price.

One of my favorite finds. I was suggested this by my boyfriend. It's perfect for video chatting, taking photos, as well as watching Netflix or videos. Simply attach it to your desk and it can be adjusted very easily to where you are most comfortable as you complete other tasks. This is a great value for what you get, it is sturdy, well made, and versatile. This is now a must have in my desk setup. Thank you.

The holder definitely does the job. Its flexible. Maybe not as sturdy as expected but for now I'm satisfied. It holds the phone steady which is the most important thing.

the rotating ball at the end is not stable no matter how tight the screw is. unusable.

It worked once and I had to emprivise the threads on the phone attachment piece was stripped after a few mins of thought and an hour of tinkering it got her through her video and the 10000+ viewers never saw the rigging repair so if it came operable I would have given a stellar review but I have to be honest and will update if anything changes

I bought this in February, but finally moved and finished my set up to start using this, so thats why my review comes almost 5 months later.The length of the arm and the grip on the clamp is excellent, the spring is strong and sturdy. However, as you can see from the photos that's about all I can say is good.The plastic the connection point between the arm and the clamp is clearly not good quality because there is no way this should've broken that easily with me just simply trying to adjust the angle of my camera in the clamp trying to level it out. It wasn't even fully tightened. I can't say for sure if there was a crack already in it and the adjustments I was trying to do exacerbated the stress on the materials, but I feel kind of cheated that I didn't get to use it for more than 5 minutes before having to throw it away cause there is no way to replace or exchange out the part.Looks like I need to find another one to buy, but it won't be from them.EDITED TO ADD:I'd like to add, I bought 2 of these and the second one just broke in the same spot. The second one broke as I was removing my phone from the clamp.Thoroughly not happy and mad I'm out of money.

Good, sturdy clamp base, twist to tighten.This is a good length and the materials are very good.Durability got 5 stars because the cell phone clamp area is all plastic and also the base. the arm is constructed of a very heavy metals likely aluminum cannot see it but it's covered with black texture. Items like this I have seen the metal is usually thick aluminum and bendable. This is a great value.

Do not buy, threads fail quickly after light use. No chance of it being used as the videos show. Will use it tape a picture of my dad reminding me not to buy cheap crap.
