Thought it a good idea to have this on charge while using the hedge trimmer.

Not explained clearly at all.Paid £85 for the StrimmerPaid £20 for the BatteryNow have to pay £15 for a bloody charger !!!!!!Con.

The replacement battery sent by VonHaus was only 12v, So no good for my VonHaus 20v Max Pole Trimmer. VanHaus don't seem to stock the correct batteries I searched their site but no luck.Very disappointed.Pete Landon

Product is a spare to carry on with hedge cutting/pruning, whilst original is on charge. This means I get the job in hand done quicker, rather than wait a couple of hours to re-charge the battery. Also the weather may break when charging battery, thus delaying the job even further. It was used on the Von Haus reciprocating saw. The damage was a piece of battery casing was broken off & lying inside the packaging box. However it did not stop the saw working, but i had to put a piece of insulating tape on the hole, so that no foreign body would enter the battery & possibly cause damage, not only to the battery/saw, but also the operator.

I bought this to replace an original battery which failed to charge. This was the same. Avoid this at all costs. A piece of Chinese junk!
