I'm glad that we bought these grill mats. The last time we made steak rolls up stuffed with mozzarella, we had some mess to clean on the grates. This time we used the grill mats and what a difference!! The meat cooked evenly and I think more quickly. The mat was easy to clean after a quick soak in hot soapy water. And the best part, no messy grates to clean!!

I trimmed the corners of this mat to fit my oval shaped grill. I first used it to grill baby asparagus and it worked as stated; I got nice grill marks on the asparagus and they didn't fall through the grate! I then used it to grill some fish. It worked like a dream. The skin didn't stick to the mat and the fish was easy to remove with a spatula. I would definitely recommend this item.

When I got it, I knew it was different from the bbq mat I bought before. It is a big sturdy mat. It works excellent, the chicken is crispy and juicy. I also use it to make some vegetables and steak. The taste is better than any barbecue we have done before. It is worth mentioning that I only used a small amount of oil, but no minced meat sticks to it, just like a non-stick pan!Cleaning is as easy as ever! Soak it in the water mixed with detergent for tens of seconds, and then use a dishwashing sponge to clean it. I don’t have to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill after the busy party. This is why I keep repurchasing these mats. Great product!

I ordered this to replace my current one that broke down from being used 3-4 times a week for 3 months. This mat is larger and thicker than my previous mat. Worth the extra money to get one large mat that covers the entire grill and I don’t have to worry about loosing any food. Easily grill fruit and vegetables and fish without the skin. After cooking is complete clean up is even easier no more scrubbing the grill just warm soapy water and the mat is clean and ready to use again.

Grilling has never been easier. I only brushed a little oil on the mat. But nothing sticks to the surface of it. Food stays moist because nothing drips into the grill. Less basting is necessary. No drips into the grill eliminate flare-ups of flame. Yet food looks grilled with marks from the rack. This Mat works well for all kinds of meat as well as vegetables. It also makes cleaning easy. Wipe off the residue with a paper towel and put it in the dishwasher. I don't have to brush the grill anymore, THANK GOD!
