Can use this while hiking-doesn’t slip or roll. Helps my ankle as I sprained it a while back and it still gets a little sore when taking a day hike. Very seldomly do I have to pull it up when moving.

These give my ankle some light support while I’m healing from a break & surgery. The compression also seems to help somewhat with the swelling. They are reasonably comfortable, but how comfortable can compression really be?

I used this product for a sore ankle from over work. When I use it the pain is managed well. It was a good fit.
