I use this stethoscope every shift! I can hear heart and lung sounds very well! Definitely would buy again, although I hope I won’t have to buy a new stethoscope for a while!!

(I just passed EMT school. For reference) They cheap stethoscope I was issued for my class I used on ride alongs and I thought I wasn't doing blood pressures correctly. So I bought this from the description plus it's a well known brand. Went from a faint sound from the cheap stethoscope to a freaking subwoofer. I love it. Definitely read the directions first. I hear the fish better when little to no pressure on the bell.
