This was a complete waste of my time and money, forget the problems with the order, ie, parts missing 7 having to pay expensive return postage, even after contacting the seller to ask for missing parts we still did not get what we asked for. The blinds are made from plastic, even the top runner bar is plastic, it is flimsy and cheap material, the longer blinds need at least 4 fixing points to even enable you to draw the blinds up and down without the whole thing bending all over the place, we only received two (end) fixings and had to request two more middle fixings (we only got one) the short blinds (60cm) is a complete waste of time, the blades are so thin the sun shines through them, they also refuse to be horizontal, the material is so thin they bend, droop & sag at the edges. We are really not happy with this purchase and have been messed about and spent so much time installing and messing about, we are now stuck with them. This product is far from worth buying so beware, I would absolutely not recommend this product.

These blinds are Great!!! I was concerned that I had ordered them slightly to wide and I had which was my own fault so this meant they had to be trimmed so I was very sceptical about doing this myself but admittedly I thought that as they where such a great price that if I ruined them I would just replace them so away to work on them I did!!! I used a hacksaw I purchased with Amazon and took off what was needed. And they where absolutely Great!!! They withstood the blades and didn't move everywhere whilst trimming, and I was impressed at how they turned out. Well worth the bargain price and would repurchase again if needed!!!

Customer service rubbish and rude. when I trying to explain that the cord had snapped the one we're you pull them up and down and that I had to tie them the best I could. They said to return them. I then explained that I no longer had the box and that I had to cut them to size to fit, but I could wrap them up if needed to or just take pictures . I didn't really want a refund just maybe an apology or something about the cord ect.. But then it waswell nothing we can do as you cut them ..Hello that not as it is described in disscription . Easy to fix one thing though the screws are poor quality I used my own ,if screwing into wood as I did drill a small pilot hole to give the screw an easy screw in ..............

I like this product because the color suits the room, more convenient than curtains. May seem flimsy when attaching to your wall on account that its plastic. In my opinion, the fixings, screws etc were too small, had to improvise but overall I like the product and I'm happy with it.

Absolute con! The description said PVC wood, so I assumed the slats would be wood affect. What arrived was a flimsy plastic looking blind. I thought they had sent the wrong blind but they claim the word ‘wood’ was an error which is a complete lie as others have commented on the wood affect. They sent me a cheap and cheerful blind that I could of bought for half the price in a diy store! Do not buy from these people!!

Love these blinds. They were easy to install and value for money.

Worst company to deal with rude and unhelpful. Description misleading but return at your own expense. Avoid at all costs. True saying you get what you pay for
