Using on a pulley, very strong and fit nicely over a bucket handle

I use these to hang my pulleys to different attachment points in the garage to make a tricep press setup a lat pull down set and also a cable xover setup. Only had 80kg on one hook so far but had no affect.

Good but check the gap needed for the hook to locate
Great but the S section is quite narrow so if you’ve got a slightly wider piece of metal that needs to go in be careful
