I love this bike. Took a while to put together but it’s adorable and was worth it!This seller was very helpful during the entire process of recieving my bike. He went out of his way to contact me when changes with the shipment were made and was always very kind. The bike was received in a timely manner and in good shape. I recommend this seller.

really cool looking bike...my wife loves it! After putting it together, we noticed that the front wheel was a little bent...got damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller for assistance. They asked me to get a quote from a local bike shop to see what the repair cost would be. If the repairs were too expensive, they were just going to send me a new wheel. Turns out the repair was only $35. I let the seller know, and they promptly refunded the cost of repair, plus $5 for the inconvenience.

Thai bike is the worst product I ever got form amazon. I wish I would’nt trust on the seller becaus it wa very less reviews and I just trust on that one revie and bought. In reality this bike is so cheap and is not at al comfortable or fit. The screws are all loose eve I right it hundred times it never stay into it’s place. I just wish I can get my money refund but they asked be to return in same condition but how can I do that he’s w I assembled it with two days effort and now it’s crap and I donot have energy to de assemble it! It’s wate of money. Donot buy this bike at all.

Good, sturdy well made bike. No problem with assembly but had to order a gel seat cover, which works great.Only complaint: Just had the bike a couple weeks and already had to have the rear tire tube replaced.

When the bike arrived it was missing pieces, including screws for the front fender and the Allen wrench (which is a custom size apparently) and we couldn’t fully finish assembling the bike without jimmy-rigging the entire thing together. Pieces of the bike were dented and scratched, and some of the stickers were upside down. Super awkward. The seller offered to send me another bike because they only make $20 profit (their exact words) instead of offering a discount. You couldn’t pay me to disassemble a bike that we had to figure out how to build without it being a death trap. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this seller.*EDIT* it’s been just over a month of receiving this, and it’s probably one of the worst items I’ve ever purchased (yes, ever). I sold it for $100 because I decided I didn’t want to die riding a crappy bike. Awful quality.

The media could not be loaded.  Bike itself is beautiful. It came with a torn seat (pictured) and the crank mechanism (already assembled) has terrible popping noises when being cranked (it’s internal, nothing is catching on anything) and when the wheel is free spinning, you can see a vibration in the peddles and chain. Trying to get a replacement. It was a surprise gift which makes it more annoying.

Seems sorta small for a 5’2 190 lb woman like me. I felt like handle bars were too close, maybe too high, even when I had moved the seat up. The seat is very comfortable. Nice for flat no incline rides. Definitely a leisure cruiser bike!
