Dependable Recorder
I dictate a lot for my business and have used this recorder for several years daily. It is one of the best digital recorders I have owned. I have had some intermittent problems with it freezing up, but seldom. I have owned 4 other high end digital recorders over the years and they performed far worse and did not last nearly as long.

It is trash--avoid at all costs
This machine is garbage!! It erases dictation for no reason. It freezes and can't go backward or forward so you have to download what you've just done resulting in tiny chunks. A 5 minute letter ends up in 10 downloads. I cannot take my eyes off the screen because it stops recording and I keep talking so I have dictate the missing parts after my letter is typed. Please don't buy this overpriced junk!!!
