Bamboo Corner Shower Bench Waterproof Stool with Space-Efficient Storage Shelf - Shower Stool Seat for Indoor or Outdoor Use

I have had this in my Airbnb for less than a month now. I've only had guests for about 4 nights total. There is a fan in the bathroom and the room is well ventilated. Nothing is ever damp. Yet somehow, I went to clean the shower today and the whole bottom of the stool is covered in black mold. The one I have in my bathroom for the past six months in a shower we use twice daily is perfectly clean with no mold. So I don't know what's wrong with this one.

We bought this item because I have tear in my hip that needs surgery, and i needed to shave my legs. It fit mostly in the shower but it had some wobble and was missing 1 screw. I've been using it for about a month (just missed the window for return) and it now has mold growing between the planks. It is relatively dry after we shower and the bathroom gets air. I think this is a bad purchase. I wish i could return it and Amazon could trash it.

I put the bench together in less than 1/2 hour. It seems sturdy enough. I wouldn't pounce on it but it seems strong enough to sit on. Its attractive. I am having a walk-in shower installed as I write this so I haven't put it in the shower to know how it holds up in the wet/damp environment.The bench arrived in a timely manner.Update: My new shower is now installed and this table won't work. The shower floor slants forward to the drain, making the floor uneven and I don't see a safe way to adjust the leg length to have it sit without being uneven.

Works perfectly inside my mom's shower capsule. I put it together in about 8 minutes and she was pleasantly surprised by its sturdiness because it is so pretty. It is small enough to fit in this small space and works great for her "sitting shower."

Great quality, especially for the price. Super easy to put together. I do think the instructions were wrong - it said to put leg “C” in a spot on the edge but I put it as the back centered leg (hopefully that makes sense). I basically put a “D” where they said to put the “C”. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought this for my tiny bathroom which can't otherwise hold a square stool. The assembly was surprisingly easy, I was expecting it to be tricky since the material was wood and there are a few joints. Hardly took 15 minutes to put it together. It just involved driving in a few screws. I M not sure about the material beings bamboo or whether its just laminated, whatever it is, the finish looks smooth and expensive. Everyone in my house loved this stool. I may not be using this as a shower stool but I am using it to stack up all my toiletries and my little ones bath stuff. I hope this can stand the moisture in the bathroom in the long run. Beautiful addition to my bathroom interior.

This product was easy to assemble, but I had to do a bit of DIY, as most shower enclosure bases run down towards the drain ( for obvious reasons ) I had to fix a new longer screw at the front leg to make the stool steady and not rock forward when in use, I wipe it dry after each shower use, it’s already looking a little dull.... so the low star review.

We’ve had this for two months and it is already moldy all over. We followed all care directions and were so excited to find something that was water resistant and claimed to be great for showers. It is absolutely disgusting now and we will be getting rid of it especially as this could compromise our health.
