Solid, dependable flour that does exactly what good flour is supposed to do—behave itself. The 2-pack is practical, fresh, and perfect for baking bread, biscuits, pancakes, and everyday cooking. The texture is consistent, the quality is there, and it performs like old-school flour should, not finicky or fussy.

I was really surprised at the wonderful flavor this has. It’s my first time buying whole grain and I’m definitely a fan and will be purchasing this form now on!

I have long used this flour for making 100% whole wheat bread in my bread machine. I don't know what makes it different, but it's the only whole wheat flour that I can use without cutting it with white bread flour. Other flours have been too bitter. It's sometimes hard to find in stores and quite a bit more expensive than other whole wheat flours, especially online. Worth it to me though...

perfect packaging, have ordered from other sellers who ship in a large box. Bag gets tossed around and breaks open. This was in a perfectly sized box same as package dimensions.
