Christopher's Mullein Leaves - 400 mg - 100 Vegetarian Capsules

This stuff is awesome and I’ll never be without it. Everyone I’ve shared it with says it works, too. For chest and even sinus congestion. Much better than pharmaceuticals! I rarely get sick but years ago I had a cough and I prefer not to medicate with synthetic chemicals. One day I’ll grow this stuff but for now I’ll keep this on hand!

Have dealt with chronic sinus problems for 5 decades (caused by year round allergies and reaction to anything coating petroleum distillates). Early on had severe symptoms (extreme pain, nausea, fatigue, etc). After years of allergy shots had considerably fewer bouts with severe pain, etc. but still had many days when did not feel really good. Then, over a year ago a friend suggested I try 1 capsule a day. Now, my symptoms are typically mild (like slightly runny nose, etc) and actually have more energy than did when much younger.

I had been diagnosed a while back with Ideopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. Some of the main signs and symptoms I have had to deal with are a lot of coughing, shortness of breath, congestion, wheezing/crackles, etc... I have taken Mullein in teas, but do not always feel like making the tea, so looked into the capsules.I only purchased one jar of these and am now sorry I didn't purchase more at the time. I wanted to try more than one brand, so, when I ran out of these, started on the other.Within a week or so, I could see a difference, and some of my symptoms returned. I do not say I am not getting any relief at all from the other brand, but the difference in the way I feel is more than coincidence. I will be buying more of these with my next order from Amazon.

I’ve had COPD for 5 years. I got to the point where I couldn’t vacuum the entire house anymore without having to stop and catch my breath. I have been taking this for 5 months now and I can vacuum the entire house and not run out of breath. I will always take it

I like using it for for sinus draining in my throat. Really helps to clear it.
