For my purchase the 'make' is advertised as Phoenix LED and the small print gives an address in China. They seem perfectly adequate LEDs

I was happy with them apart one of the bulbs was not working out of the pack , the supplier do didn’t offer a replacement just to send all of them back to get a refund which is more hassle than it’s worth while in lockdown......
