I use this for home workouts. It's an average kettle bell and gets the job done.

Perfect for what I needed for quarantine home workouts. I just needed a 5 pound one to complete my workout set. Most other kettle bells are out of stock.

I like the well constructed design

I was trying to find a kettlebell that was made in the USA, but every one I looked at was made in China. I thought (mistakenly) that by going with a slightly more expensive kettlebell, it would be higher quality and possibly made in USA. Nope. This is made in China. The paint job has a LARGE chip in it. It does seem to weigh 15 lbs. It's functional, just not pretty. If I were to do it over again, I would definitely go with a less expensive kettlebell.

I bought these as a training tool for Karate, old fashion ishi sashi but much cheaper! Just like a MLB player who uses a bat weight before stepping up to the plate, practicing basic punches and blocks with added weight will improve speed and precision when you aren't holding them. (Precision from slowing down those moves and feeling correct form unless you want to go all out and get injured)

Does the job. -1 because the bottom of the unit I received wasn't flat...poor workmanship.

I bought the 20lb and the 25lb. They are my first kettlebells, so I don't have anything to go on, but they seem free of problems, fit my (medium sized woman's) hands well, and are heavy. It seems to be the right amount of simple and good.
