I bought these plasters to try and get rid of a keloid scar on my forehead, that came from an over healing scab. The plasters come in large sheets and so I cut them up into small squares that would fit over the scar nicely. I put a plaster on the scar every night and slept with it on. Within a few days the scar was noticeably less protruding and not as red. My only that I’ve found is unless the area that you’re applying the plaster is 100% clean from oils etc. they don’t stay stuck for the whole night. However, I quickly learnt this and ensured I didn’t put any face creams on that area. My daughter has even started to pinch some from me for her spots because they take the redness away!

Really helped with my keloid scars

My son-in-law who is recovering from surgery, told me about these strips. My operation was on my face, and I had 26 stitches around my nose, upper lip and cheek for removal of a skin cancer. I was dubious at first about sticking the strips on my face, but find them comforting. They have taken the anger out of the wound and the scars are fading after using the strips for just one week. I wear them as much as I can, but do let the fresh air to my face for a few hours each day and wash etc. I am amazed at the progress - no exaggeration! They are well-worth the money. I don’t know how they work- but they do!

Great value for money as the sheets keep their stickyness for a long time (I only wear them during the night). I can see the difference on the scars after a few hours. This is of course not a complete cure, but it certainly made a difference to the appearance of my scars after an ankle fusion and a knee bone graft. The knee scar looked horrible - lumpy and red - but the sheets have reduced the redness and smothed the skin.I would highly recomend these sheets. I have bought this in creme version which did not make nearly as much difference than the sheets. Highly recommended

The length of the patch meant that it never extended to the end of my scar and I only put the patch in the middle (trying to save costs and to see if it worked). The picture shows how the side where I used the patches is a lot worse in terms of healing and colour. The patch side scar is more dark red whereas the side I didn’t use a patch has a thin white line. The patches clearly slowed down my healing so I wouldn’t recommend them. I think sticking anything to your skin for an extended period isn’t likely to be good for you. Not only a waste of money, it has substantially delayed the healing. The dark red has started fading now I’ve stopped using the patches.

Unfortunately these strips have made my scars slightly worse. I took them off and the scars were very very pink. Much worse than before. I assume it’s because of the moisture trapped inside and hope it goes down. But it’s disappointing. Three stars because on another scar it didn’t have the same effect.

I have a stage 3 rosacea with red papules that leave scars on my cheek. Ive been putting the plaster on it for a week now and the papules are smaller, less red and angry looking. Hope I can get them to vanish. I use azelaic acid at night as a treatment. I like that I can use the plasters to cover the papules from the UV rays that can make my scars worse.

In two weeks I have noticed a visible improvement to many places I applied the sheets, I'd not day outs advised but I put them under my eyes and have noticed the skin brighten and doesn't look as weak as it used to, I have a keloid scar that has seen some change but I expect i to use it for much longer to hopefully see better results. I'd certainly recommend but don't expect overnight results
