Not bad, needs tweaks in design.
First off, I love the concept of the reusable pouch. There's a huge selection out there and I bought these because it seemed like a great value for 8 pouches. These are well made & the double zip-lock at the bottom is VERY strong. I also like that the set came with 2 extra caps. My husband tends to lose things in the garbage disposal so I'm glad to have back-ups.Since this was my first experience with reusable pouches, I didn't know what features would be good and which would be not so good. I've learned a lot in the short time I've had these:1. As others have mentioned, the fill line is inaccurate. If the spout is tilted to the side, the pouch seems to be able to hold more. When it's straight up and down, the volume decreases. So, if you fill it and the cap is tilted to the side, then tip it back up to seal it, it will likely overflow. The way the plastic is fitted around the spout causes some strange things to happen with the internal dimensions.2. The bottom zipper is super strong, which in this type of product is a great thing. However, there's only maybe about a 1/2 inch below the zipper to try to grip it and force it open when it's time to clean it. If they had some pull tabs or an extra 1/2" to grab onto it would be a lot easier. Folks with joint problems would never be able to get these open.3. They're rather difficult to fill neatly. I prop them upside down inside a cup so I don't have to hold while filling. The opening at the bottom is just a touch too small. I tried to use my canning funnel, but that kept popping out. I tried a regular funnel last time and that was better, but only good if you're putting non-chunky purees in there.4. Food puree gets stuck in the seams. I always rinse before putting them in the dishwasher and that gets most everything out, but I've noticed that on the inside around the spout there are creases/pockets where food gets trapped. Also, right up against the outermost edges there's often a little line of food that doesn't get washed out because that part never gets completely spread open. I use a mixer ball from one of those shaker bottles inside the pouch in the dishwasher to try to prop it open enough to get clean, but apparently that's not enough.Overall, I love the reusable design and for the price, these are decent. If I had it to do again I'd probably look for something a little easier to open and clean.

Hard to open/close, but a good product
After purchasing one set of a different brand of reusable pouches, I thought it was time for another set (my mother-in-law, bless her, threw one away without realizing it was reusable, another had a faulty zipper - we were down to 6 for our twins). These were extremely difficult to open. It would be great if they shipped with the zippers already opened for you. My husband and I struggled to get these open. Fingers got sore, one pouch wasn't usable because we tore the zipper clear off one side of the pouch.*TIP: wear rubber kitchen gloves when needing to open these pouches, and do it when they are DRY. It makes it much easier to get the zipper open! We've been using them for a while now, and some of the zippers are a little easier to open (thankfully), but most are difficult - and difficult to close too.I do like how large the clear window is on the pouch - I write the contents and date on them (with a Vis-A-Vis marker - make sure to rub it off before giving the pouch to little kids or they'll get died fingers, mouths, etc) if I freeze them for later. The caps are the same as the disposable food pouches you buy at the grocery store, so I save those for just-in-cases.They hold up well - we only hand wash them using a bottle brush and a smaller bottle nipple brush.I hope to get even more so I can have a weeks worth of various snacks for my little guys to gobble down!

High capacity
These are a little awkward to use but we've been making use of them. I was nervous about the twist off caps but after several washes and uses they are doing just fine. I like the larger capacity compared to the ones at Walmart as well. My mother threw those away by accident because they looked a lot more like a throw away type. With yogurt you just have to find what works for you, and that's why it's not a 5. It takes more effort putting it in, and if you make a mistake you have to clean the zip area or you might have something funny later. I've waited a few months before posting as I didn't want to jump right out and say they are the greatest before we really tried them out.

Great product, hate the caps.
I really like these. Both my toddler and 1 year old gobble these things up. My toddler thinks I buy them at the store because if he knew I made them he would not want to eat it. (He knows I make him eat healthy stuff.) The only thing I do not like about these are the caps. After the first use they have a broken look. It's like you've broken the seal and they look damaged. Before I bought these I bought the disposable infantino pouches and since I was trying to be eco-friendly, I purchased these. Honestly, I like the infantino pouches better because of the caps. The idea is great, I just wish the caps didn't look like I am trying to be a thrifty mom by recycling pouches that look as if they are ready to be thrown out because of the caps.

Good quality, really helpful! I like this 8 pack set.
I've been browsing and searching for reusable pouches for long time and ended up using these pouches. I blend veggies and fruits, make purée and fill these pouches with them. My 1yo loves them. Overall great product, especially that there are 8 pouches, not 6 like other brands have. And most importantly, these pouches have very strong zip locks, I never had any issues with leaks. Very convenient. I always hand wash them, don't like to put them into the dishwasher, as I don't expect it will clean them properly. However there is always a problem, I noticed that after each use, some food sticks in between the plastic tube and pouch itself, what makes it hard enough to clean. But maybe it's just my problem.
