A little repetitive
I am reading the same idea presented in many different ways...that in the continuing process of human evolution, we are at this point in time evolving our brains to think differently. Bruce Lipton, your stuff was good, but for some reason this was easier for me to grasp. Evolutionaries by Carter Phipps was good, but I identified with Lyssa's info more. Children of the Sun, same material, but you scare me. Tom Kenyon and the Hathors I also love. If I were to criticize this book, it is that Lyssa had many pages to explain exactly what their protocols were and she did not. There are lots of transcriptions of Sasha and Bashar, but none of the meditations Sasha led just before contact work. They are not in the contact CD's either. And the explanations of our brain frequencies and the need to change them was very repetitive. Exactly what frequencies they would be operating at in the future was not revealed. The frequencies of the Pleiadian brain, also not revealed. And the biggest difference between this book and similar authors is the premise that contact and taking our place in the global family is the purpose of this particular evolution. But I gave it 5 stars, because after reading all the other sources, this was the material that actually got me doing some things to hasten and enable my own evolution.

FINALLY, A ROAD MAP TO CONTACT
I grew up in a small Caribbean island where lights in the sky, paranormal phenomena and unexplained occurrences were considered mysterious, yet accepted as natural events. Thankfully, because of this cultural upbringing and in spite of my scientific training, I retained an open mind.So it follows I've always wondered what makes some very intelligent people excessively skeptical and closed minded about anything they can't measure with scientific instruments, perceive through their five senses or process with their rational minds. One of the reasons I like this book is because it explains the psychological reasons of why this is so.Also, for those who like me, have been waiting for the day ET's will appear en masse and finally put the, "are we alone?" issue to rest, there is also a big surprise - contact has been taking place all along, but most of us humans haven't been able to perceive it and remember it consciously due to our compartmentalized mental barriers and because our narrow reality focus does not converge with theirs.Conscious contact depends entirely on us, and will only be possible when we reach a common ground by expanding our awareness into the realm of our multidimensional selves. The other reason I like this book is because it explains in detail and in simple terms how we can prepare the ground in our psyche to enable communication with them.

A doorway to the unknown
I have been reading this book for the pat week or so, and found it is so close to spiritual enlightenment, yet being focused on its own ideals and perspective. It comes across as a means for teaching others the truth, with a different understanding and perspective of how the human consciousness really and actually works. Well worth the read. For those who are not interested in spirituality or "UFO'S" it still has enough value and source information, your imaginations will be challenged. Read it and prove me wrong!

A working read
The energy of this book works in the background as one make their way through it. I did find myself a bit frustrated when enquirers tended to demand something the ETs could not, or choose not, deliver as if we know the way it should be. I ask the same question Sasha asked; "Why are we demanding contact with an ET when we many times do not even know the people who live in our block, and really don't care? Rather than ask what the ETs can do for us it seemed that the Ets are saying that contact is not going to be a fertile common ground until we, ourself, have something to add to the mix. Sasha kept referring to an elastic conciousness and I found myself wondering what that meant?Overall, I found it a good read and a better tool. Like always, with me, the book was in my hands because it is what I need at this stage of my own growth. I am satisfied with my purchase of this book.

Very helpful across varieties of consciousness exploration
I was turned in to this book by a friend because of some things I was discovering through my OBE (out of body, astral projection) training. Aliens were never my main interest. This book turned out to be about so much more than contact. The guidance within this book regarding perception and communication beyond ordinary physical reality has benefitted me in my own consciousness exploration. Whether you are interested in non-human contact, shamanic journeying, OBE's, or other applications of awareness that benefit oneself and humanity, you will find something here to help you.

A Great read for enquiring souls
This book reaffirmed for me, that when we do the inner work on ourselves and awaken to our true multidimensional selves, all manner of fabulous things will happen.

Loved this book
It’s more than ET contact, it’s a reminder of how we need to live with wonderment like kids, life is fun and use your imagination to make the mind more elastic. We are so limited by our own perceptions. Most importantly we don’t need always be so serious, believe and chill without fears

not for a beginner
This book is a good read for those interested, however for a serious reader in these topics as myself, a bit of a let-down as to some sad information on the SLOW progress of this planet, hence this should not been taken so seriously!!! at a point they mention that this (earth) is one of THE most complicated and difficult planets they have ever come apon. The time they( ET) have spent to translate our language etc is just a sad story all in all. also the questions asked by the interviewer where not so advanced, which was very annoying at times.but this was written in 1993. so I guess they had to start somewhere, over all, some info is better than none.
