We had a tie dye day at work and bought this t-shirt for it. It's actually a printed tie dye pattern sewn into a shirt. It is made of polyester, and the fit was perfect.

Not happy UPDATED
I received my shirt today. The first thing I noticed is it wasn't cotton. That is my fault for not looking better. It is also smaller. I'd suggest ordering up a size. I really hate the material.UPDATE::::While I really wasn't happy with the shirt, the company reached out to me and offered me a full refund. I thought that was great Customer Service and wanted to add that in my review and I bumped the stars up as well.

Comfy and colorful
I love the material. The colors look pixelated, but it’s as bright as I’d hoped. Really comfy, but order a size up. Great for HTVs!

95 Percent frickin polyester, but I like it - so far
I expected another cotton tie-dye t-shir, but this one was shiny when it arrived today. Turned out the specs said this shirt was 95% polyester and 5% Spandex, so I was predisposed to hate it. But I tried the shirt on, and it looked great. I'll try it for a while and report back. It looks great for now, but how will it be in the Summer when I really need it? Four stars for now, but I may change my mind when it gets hot.
