Great Snack!
This product is great for a delicious healthy snack . The Tuna is high quality and the additional vegetables add a great taste. If you are traveling its ideal to take on your trip when you have had a long day of touring and just want to chill out in your hotel room. Add a couple of breadsticks and you have a complete meal.

Good taste but sourced from Vietnam
I would love to see a requirement on food purchased online that the country of origin must be shown; if it had, I wouldn't have ordered this knowing it was sourced from Vietnam. That being said, I ordered it, so I figured I should try it. It's good. It has a nice, light, lemony flavor that makes it taste fine on its own or mixed into a salad nicoise (which is where I added it). I appreciate that they claim it's pole and line caught, as that is much more sustainable, but I am not sure how much faith I have in that claim. I think the company could have included the info of the source country, especially because this is NOT cheap tuna. It tastes fine, but I can buy good, pole and line caught wild tuna sourced from non-Asian countries at Whole Foods or Wegman's for significantly less than this. Asian-sourced tuna is problematic for a variety of reasons (Vietnam, for example, has been condemned for illegal fishing practices by the European Union, and Asian fishing industry labor is often treated TERRIBLY--including human trafficking of fisherman and forced labor). It does not set well on my conscious to patronize those sorts of businesses. It also does not set well with my stomach that Asian-sourced "tuna" can often be other types of fish, some that can make you ill (see Escolar, which is illegal for sushi in Japan), so I do not buy it. It tastes fine, but it's pricey, and taste isn't everything to me. Everyone has to make up their own minds about these things, but I'll pass.

Needs more lemon but good olive oil.
Aesthetically speaking, it is more pleasing to eat out of this sardine shaped tin vs a tuna can. Thick fillets in tons of a good grade olive oil. Not much lemon flavor in the Zesty Lemon, & just one sliver of peel. It's comparable to Genova's Yellowfin. The only tuna I eat is Wild caught, Sustainable which single use is 4-5 bucks a can. In bulk, as in a 6pk, about 3 so, FinerFin is on point with comparable options. Fish was a tad dry & better when eaten with a forkful of oil, which wasn't heavy. I used the oil to toss my arugula, added a pinch of pink salt & served with avocado. The avocado helped with flavor & moistness. Also added more lemon. The expiration in 2020 was 2022 so good to keep on hand in a pinch. Keeping as a shelf stable option for Hurricane Prep closet.

I couldn't do it
This was too close too fish for me, when I opened it and it reminded me of opening a can of sardines. I did not eat it but my son did. I would not order it again.

Tuna is tasty; bit too heavy with the olive oil
The tuna has a very good flavor to it. The lemon adds a nice touch, although I did add some fresh lemon to it as well to spruce it up (I'm a big fan of lemon, so for others it probably is enough as-is). The main issue I have with this is the quantity of olive oil. It was too heavy for my preference -- I prefer just a touch, and this was way more than that. Again, however, it's personal preference. Olive oil fans will probably enjoy it. The portion size is good -- it was quite filling with a salad and some crusty bread. While there are some big pros, the level of oil would keep me from getting it again. Five stars for the tuna; 3 stars for the oil level; overall rating of 4 stars.
