I GREW UP USING THIS OLIVE OIL, MY PARENTS USED IT AND I HAVE USED IT NOW FOR THE PAST, ALMOST 50 YEARS. THIS OLIVE OIL HAS GREAT FLAVOR FOR COOKING BUT NOT FRYING OR BAKING. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS OLIVE OIL IS GREAT EXCEPT THE PRICE, I FEEL IT IS OVERPRICED BUT I GUESS EVERYTHING NOW A DAYS IS OVERPRICED, BUT THE OLIVE OIL IS EXCELLENT.

Considering the fact that this imported oil cost is lower than the very high end imported brands it has an excellent taste. My Italian American family has been using Phillipo Berio for many years --- never disappoints.

My family has used this for as long as I can remember. We make pickled mushrooms and always use this, one time we couldn't get it , had to use something else, did not taste as good. Recommend this very highly, as part of salad dressing or to cook with.

This is an excellent olive oil to use with any dish. It’s a light olive oil and you can taste the quality versus cheaper versions of olive oil. Money well spent with this quality olive oil.
