Very nice set of accessories for my Canon G12. The lens hood works very well with no vignetting. I am very much not an expert, and have just started doing more than 'point and shoot.' This was my first attempt to add any accessories. But I was able to figure out how the adapter tube worked best for my camera. You take off the ring that comes on the G12 and screw on the adapter. When I used it as it came in the package I got vignetting, but then I discovered I could separate the adapter tube, and with the shorter piece attached to the camera I could attach the tulip hood or lenses without any vignetting. I am very happy with this set and the price is excellent.

I cannot find the way to attach the close-up lenses (the main reason I bought this Kit) to my Canon G12!!!The adaptor is for 58MM not for 52MM

Everything as advertised, all new. Adapters feel great and are not plastic. Haven't tested the macro lens yet, but I basically bought this for the adapters. Hood fits on well as does lens cap.Comes in nice bag.Threw my 58mm Fader ND on there and it works great.JUST REMEMBER if you have both adapter pieces on, you need to be zoomed in slightly.Conversely, remember that if you want to shoot completely wide angle, you need to have only the first piece on, and you can't zoom in or you'll hit whatever you have attached.

This was a good find for me. I had tons of slides (for those of you who remember what those are) from my Peace Corps service that I wanted to digitize. These plus my camera, a tripod, a daylight color fluorescent bulb, a diffuser and some time and patience and VOILA---quality digital pictures. Way cheaper than having it done at a photo shop. Learned the technique on YouTube. Works perfectly. Everything was as advertised, it arrived quickly and the pictures are very good quality with true colors.

I'm a macro photographer . This item and the accessories has now just added to my capability when going out to a nature photo shoot when my DSLR & macro lenses are still at home & all I have is my G11. The lenses work very well & I'm pleased with the product. I will mention this Amazon item at my next Camera Club meeting.

I felt compelled to write a review because there was only 1 review for this seller and it was 1 star which I don't don't why. I purchased this and it has worked great for me. I have no issues with it. It does the job and the price is very reasonable. I see other kits for twice the price.
