You should use this kefir only wooden, plastic & class bowl.. no steel and silver.. 1/2 litre milk boil use for 1/2 pocket kefir grains mixed well 7/8 hours ready.

The curd is very sour sometimes. Otherwise thickness is ok. One sachet runs for 30 days usually.

Doesnt seem like kefir at all
It tasted exactly like dahi. Also the small florets of the Kefir are not forming. I'm wondering if I have been duped !
