Does not eliminate hairballs, but reduces them
One of my cats is prone to hairballs. After giving him this daily, I've noticed a reduction in the number of hairballs he has coughed up. It doesn't eliminate the problem, but it does provide some relief.

They work!
I used to get something like this from my vet but the company they bought from stopped making it. I found this as an alternative and so far it’s been working great. No issues with either of my cats with this product.

The Ingredients Look Good - If your cat will eat them
I ordered this to help control my cat vomiting up hairballs. He has very short hair and historically, hairballs have not been a problem but it has been very hot this summer and he is getting on in years, whatever the cause, he has been shedding more than usual and this has resulted in him urping up hairballs.I wanted to stick to a remedy that had more natural ingredients and not a lot of chemicals, this treat looked like it fit that bill. Unfortunately, my cat would not even taste them. I tried giving him a treat first thing in the morning when he was very hungry and he only sniffed at it and walked away. I tried wrapping it in a pill pocket and again, he sniffed at it and refused to eat it. I then crumbled one up and mixed it well into a half a small can of food that he usually likes for his breakfast and he refused to eat the food. One thing I did notice was the smell (or lack thereof). There was no smell of anything I would imagine a cat would find enticing and perhaps it would be more effective if there was some sort of strong flavoring that attracted a cat. My cat loves freeze dried salmon which is horrendously stinky but he loves it passionately. This was discouraging, I had high hopes this would help. It may be a very effective product if the cat will actually eat it, but I can't judge how effective it is because my cat wouldn't touch it.

Best hairball product!
I've tried several products for my cat and this one has been the most successful. Its soft and can also easily make into powder for fussy cats like mine. Significantly helps with hair balls. Highly recommend and worth the price.

My cats hide when I get the container out
I have no idea if these work or not, as all four of my cats refuse to be in the same room with them. I've tried to mix these up with their food and they eat around them. It's gotten so bad that when I get the container of these out, they run under the bed. What is in these things that all four of my cats object to so vehemently?

Too big to eat in some cases
We have two cats. A main coon and a mut. The mut cat is older and much much smaller. The main coon is , well, big. The little cat loves these treats. Gobbles them up no problem. The big cat can not eat these. The two times he tried to eat one whole, the treat would fall out of his mouth. Then after they fell out of his mouth he just walked off. I have found the only way for him to consume them is to slice one into 4 equal pieces and then microwave them for 10 seconds on high. if I don't heat them up he doesn't think they are food (no smell?). I purchased them for the main coon since he is the one with hairballs, but it is a hassle to get him to eat them. The size and texture of these treats seems challenging for the average cat.
