GREAT BUT EXPENSIVE
I just tried the Cinnamon Toast flavor and it was delicious. Really small serving so it wouldn't be enough in my opinion to just eat only this for breakfast. You would have to add fruits, toast, yogurt or something to really get your body going as breakfast. Also, I don't consider this to be KETO friendly. It has 14 grams of carbs. That's a lot for one small item on your daily KETO plan. Bottom line is I won't buy this again. Too expensive and too many carbs for one small/tiny serving. It is delicious so if you're not KETO or you don't have money issues this is a great product.

Overpriced Cardboard Cereal with Stevia
I have been looking for ways to cut carbs but I have a real sweet tooth and I LOVE cereal (but I gave it up). I was really hoping at least 1 flavor was good when I spent $100 to try all 8 (6 variety pack + 2 larger packs to try the missing flavors in the variety pack)...but I hated all of them, not even 1 was tolerable. - I can't stand the after taste of stevia so if you feel the same, DO NOT waste your money. For those of you who don't have a problem with the stevia after taste, read on. I describe the smell and taste for all 8 flavors. I want to point out they all have like a chalky, stale texture. Fruity - Smells like Fruity Pepples, but the only decipherable "fruit" is an overpowering lemon taste. Choc Banana - At first taste, it reminded me of the Flintstone Kids vitamins from growing up - which I couldn't stand the taste either. Choc Peanut Butter - Smells like Reese's' Puffs cereal (one of my favorites) but all I tasted was no-sugar peanut butter (like the health food kind where it's literally peanuts and salt). Honey Graham (was hoping for a watered-down version of Honey Grahams cereal) - it smelled like syrup (not honey) and it literally tasted like cardboard. Cinnamon Toast (it does not taste like Cinnamon Toast Crunch at all). It smelled like cinnamon and tasted like it to - just cinnamon and cardboard - no sugar, no cinnamon-sugar just like I opened my spice cabinet and sprinkled straight cinnamon on a 1x1 square of. you guessed it, cardboard. Maple Waffle (ironically this one smelled like honey and not syrup)- I honestly didn't taste anything (just the stevia aftertaste). Dark Choc - tasted like I sprinkled cocoa powder (like in the health food store, it's bitter, not sweet at all, no sugar, no milk, etc. I personally like milk chocolate but if you like dark chocolate, this one may work for you. Mint Choc - a slight hint of artificial, manufactured mint (that is not even derived from the real mint leaf)

Some decent, some not
#1 Maple crunch: decent flavor, I would buy more to add to my breakfast rotation. Not good Cinnamon toast: tasted like they forgot to add cinnamon, also tasted like dough with a lot of baking soda or salt or something. Tasted like nothing I guess. Could have been jazzed up with some erythritol and cinnamon. Will not be adding this flavor to the breakfast rotation #2 Chocolate Banana: it’s decent at first. Tasted like banana chocolate. As the cereal leaves the palette, dark chocolate flavor. I think the milk removes the banana flavor as the cereal sits in the milk. Leftover milk had a hint of banana flavor. I would add this to the breakfast rotation too. #5 chocolate mint...uh, what mint? There wasn’t even a hint of mint. I was disappointed as one of my favorite ice cream flavors is peppermint non bon. Mint isn’t in the ingredient list (probably falls under “natural flavors”). How hard would it be to coat the cereal with some mushed mint leaves from the garden? #4 honey graham: taste reminded me of pancakes or waffles. Not honey. It was OK. The underlying taste of dough like the cinnamon crunch was there. #3 dark chocolate tasted like the mint and banana chocolate. I liked it as I am a fan of dark chocolate. Note the words honey, maple, mint, banana are not present in the ingredients lists. But “natural flavors” is which could mean good and/or bad. I thought for sure cinnamon wasn’t going to be listed as the cinnamon toast was just that bad.

The Keto lifestyle, folks!
Unlike most of the bad reviewers, I read every detail and knew exactly what I was buying. This is a great option to sample each flavor before buying full expensive bags. Yes, the price is high and the portions are small but that is the cost of living the Keto lifestyle. Maybe someday, the cost of Keto-living will come down but for now, it's the choice you make for a healthier you. I have enjoyed each flavor I've had thus far and the portions look like a joke BUT are very filling. The crunch is awesome! I will definitely buy more. Thank you, Catalina Crunch!

Yummy
These were super good and filling as well. The serving size doesn’t seem like a lot (half a cup), but it was plenty. It seems like you’re eating more than you are. Also a great source of fiber and clean ingredients. The chocolate banana flavor was just ok but I liked all the others.

Overpriced dog food
There is so much hype for this product that I was completely dumbfounded when I opened the first pouch. It's maybe half a cup of cereal? At $4.50 which is what a family size box of the "real" cereal costs at the grocery store the value is atrocious. Then you eat it... the experience is like if you were eating a bowl of dog food while someone was eating cinnamon toast crunch on the other end of the house. You can tell there's a hint of something somewhere... but it's not what you're eating. It's so hard I was afraid my teeth would break, it's so bland I wondered why I was eating at all, and before I knew it it was gone since there was so little in the first place! Will never buy again.

Love a good sample size!
Amazon does a great job of procuring sample sizes of products to try before you commit to a large purchase. If you're thinking about trying Catalina Crunch, I highly recommend this pack. They come in a little box that fits them perfectly and none of ours had any crush damage. My favorite flavors are the chocolate, graham and cinnamon toast. I didn't try the peanut butter as I don't do peanut butter. These are the perfect size for travel, snacks in the car, at the pool, etc.

Tiny Bags, Meh Flavor, Hefty Price Tag
This is a review of the variety pack. Each flavor's bag is TINY. I'm talking the entire contents could fit in the palm of a child's hand. I had bariatric surgery and have a stomach capacity of only 3-4oz, and even I didn't find this to be filling. For those that need reference, I can barely finish a little container of yogurt. These are edible but not great. I have to be GF, so I am used to textures being a bit off. Texture is on par with other GF items, but the flavor is really lacking. It also leaves an aftertaste that I'm not thrilled with. With these two factors in mind, $20 is just too expensive for the product. I don't recommend it at all product and in fact would suggest you find a different brand to try instead.
