It takes a moment to get used too because the pan doesn’t require high heat like all my other pots and pans. If you put the heat too high it will burn or make your eggs stick. For example my non-stick pan takes longer to heat and cooks 5 eggs at a 8/9 on my stove. This pan works at 4/5 and cooks faster. The handle feels great. This pan is better than all the other pans I have, I have revere ware, I have Oneida, greenpan, JA Henkel , better homes and gardens, pampered chef, ,cuisinart, and whole market that I’ve bought or received over the years. I bought this pan last November to test it before I decided to purchase more. Let’s just say I am buying more now a year later after using it all year. Considering it cooks so well, is made without al the other harsh chemicals that the other companies use, and is made in America. I am confident after a year I will have these for my lifetime. Easy cleaning with water and a natural soap.

This now is my go to omelette pan. Redefines the saying “the eggs will never stick to the pan”. Fantastic. If you don’t enjoy tin lined copper - this is your omelette pan - the eggs will truly never stick!

Cooking on Med to Low heat is very nice and economically sound. Food cooks without sticking and clean-up is a snap. I really enjoy my 8.5 fry pan and use it a lot.I certainly would and have recommended this product to my friends and family.

I've been using this pan for a few weeks now and I love it! It has exceeded my hopes for a let-this-be-the-last-pan I ever have to buy. It is made in the USA, it proves what heating evenly means, and I was ready to overlook it but the handle stays cool! It is easy to clean, I bought some bar keepers friend from the local food store and it works great for that extra clean it might need. I do have a scratch on the surface as I was giving it a scrape with a metal utensil, just don't do that.

Me siento totalmente engañada con este productoLlevo solo 2 días usándolo y los 2 días que he cocinado en el se me ha pegado todo. Ósea gaste $160 en un sartén sin tapa para que no funcione. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Que conste que lo utilizo en fuego bajo y como quiera se pego todo.

Cooks beautifully but way over priced

I really like this pan. I have always been a cast iron frying pan kind of person but I have to say this stainless steel is really nice. It heats evenly. It makes sautéing easier because it heats up so quickly. If you're thinking about going stainless this is a great pan to start with.
