Jamkik IPX6 Waterproof Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker with Built in Microphone/ Carrying Clip (Black)

I had my Jamkik for about a month, and it started acting up, (it kept thinking an AUX cable was connected, but there wasn't). So, I call Jamkik and spoke with Debora Childs in customer service. She talked me through a reset, and when that didn't work, she sent me a new unit at no cost. I assumed that this would be my "one time replacement", and my warranty was considered fulfilled, but no. Debora said that their lifetime warranty is forever. If and when my new unit breaks - just call them back, and they'll send me another one. My new unit arrived in three days, and I'm back in business. Plus, the unit sounds really good for a portable speaker. Good luck finding a better speaker with a better warranty. Last thing - there ARE VOLUME BUTTONS on the speaker.

I was initially impressed by this speaker. It was loud enough for me (I work in a noisy warehouse) but in my experience it has a few flaws. First off, the carabiner makes it great for hanging off a backpack, but not so much a belt loop. It's placement lets it swing around too much. Minor inconvenience. The on/off track switching voice is unnecessary and can be a bit irritating when trying to skip tracks quickly. The build of the speaker is great. It doesn't feel cheap, and it's not too heavy. My biggest issue came right after the return window closed. A crackling noise when it gets turned up all the way. One of the internal speakers blew, and I can no longer use it. I didn't honestly think it could get loud enough to blow one out, but it did somehow. I can no longer use it at work, because if it goes beyond about half volume it will crackle and pop. If it hadn't gone out about the time the return window closed, I'd give it a few more stars.EDIT: There is a lifetime warranty that I failed to notice for the speaker. I registered it, got ahold of customer support and within a week, my blown unit was replaced. I'm giving it a few more stars for this. My minor gripes are still valid, but overall it's a great speaker for general use.

I thought what I had was the best Bluetooth speaker on the market for the money ad says lifetime guarantee . well the product failed a little over a year of use . totally distorted sound and not even at max volume . made several attempts at contacting the company Jamkirk via telephone and emails but never got any response back . don't bother calling its always an answering mach asking to leave a message and someone will get back to you . no email responses either. seemed to be a great product but these days customer service is everything . ill buy elsewhere

So far, and only time will tell, this speaker is everything the company advertise it to be. I've spent over a hundred dollars at Target and the like buying Bluetooth speakers that not only don't last be are made of very poor quality.The one from Target battery life would only last maybe an hour, The other one, I'm not sure where the wife got it, the battery plug fell in side the speaker after daily use. Both speakers only lasted less than 6 months.Thus far The Jamkik not only has excellent volume but the battery last over 5 hours as I use it during driving duties.I would recommend this speaker. Plus it has a product guarantee that neither of the others has or had.

This is a great speaker! I would recommend it to almost anyone! It can get easily loud enough. Unless your looking for speakers that are obnoxiously loud this speaker will be good enough. The bass on them is noticeable but nothing crazy. It connects to my computer and phone via Bluetooth perfectly so far. The speaker also has a really nice feel to it. I'm 100% pleased with this speaker!

I have really enjoyed my Jamkik until the problems occur. The most recent is the speaker will shut off automatically and turn back on with also times it won't turn back on at all. It's not due to low battery, I have two Jamkik speakers and they'll both be fully charged one works and the other does not. I would like to use the Lietime warranty to get another cause its been a pretty irie speaker. My favorite thing about this Bluetooth speaker is the hook on the side, it's great for hanging off a bag or belt loop.Please get back to me soon @ Jamkik

Overall this is a great speaker. Wonderful sound quality. I have purchased two as gifts for family members and one for myself. I made sure that we all registered the speakers when we got them for the "Lifetime Warranty". Mine has stopped charging, so I've gone to the Jamkik site, written two e-mails, one before Christmas, both with the Amazon Jamkik order number included. I have also left two voicemails on their system which touts a fast return call, but Jamkik has not contacted me yet. I am very disappointed since I spent good money on this with the understanding that it included a lifetime warranty. If anyone gets back to me, I will update this review, maybe they are on vacation!

Not much else to say other than it does what it's supposed to without issues. It has been left outside overnight in the rain twice and still has crystal clear audio. Very durable and great size. Perfect for a backyard party or camping in the woods. I personally like it because it feels durable. For my outdoor lifestyle. Not made of cheap plastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would continue to support the product.
