I like the feel of these pliers, the grips feel great. The jaws come together flat on the plier and all the various functions that they are designed for, they do.Here's why 4 stars. The cutters work, but not great on .045 dual-shield wire. Sometimes they don't cut and other times they do. It's a matter of where on the cutters you are. The chain that comes on it is junk and will break.That said, I would recommend these. The cutters are manageable and they otherwise do what they are supposed to do. The chain was in the way anyway and was annoying so it breaking wasn't an issue

Got these as a gift for my boyfriend for his new job and father's day and he loves them. They seem like they are really good quality and sturdy. Packaging isn't great, its that kind of plastic packaging you have to cut to get into but I'm not going to remove stars for that because the pliers are perfectly fine.

Don't confuse these with the blue handled pliers those suck . These pliers red and black handle work greatcut well fit and finish is nice also. Would buy these again. Just one thing I don't like is the spring that holds the jaws open Just pop it out if you don't like it.

Very well manufactured for the price. I do diy welding so these work perfect for my setup.

Does not cut welding wire well. zYakes multiple tries. Cheap trash.
