I was pretty happy that these are low sodium, but the spices are either old or poor quality as they have little flavor. I'm used to using low sodium or sodium free spice blends, so that is not an issue, but I decided to add salt to them on chicken breasts as a test. I also smothered the chicken with the spices, so that adding too little wouldn't be an issue either. The added salt made the chicken saltier, but as suspected, did little to bring out the flavor of the spice blends. It's disappointing as iSpice has a lot of great sounding blends, but I've had other brands that are far better than these. For instance, Dak's is salt-free and their blends are loaded with flavor.

Love these! Have used them in soups and in pork so far. Excellent products
