Panasonic KX-TG680S DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone

Cheating customers. Selling Used Products. Don’t buy from this supplier. It’s fully has scratches and it’s not working. Don’t cheat and earn.

I already have the main unit for this series of cordless phone for many years. I ordered this as an extra in another room of the house. It has an unexpected silver lining around its edges which makes it really stand out, and much easier to see, compared to the all black "cousins" we have in the rest of the house. Very high voice quality and transmission over wireless is flawless, even over longer distances like into the yard.

The product is essentially a good product. I have owned the base for about eight years. I have had to replace one handset and have added one handset, bringing the total number to six, the maximum capacity of my base. I couldn’t figure out how to add the new handset. The literature with the handset suggested texting a Help number. I did so. A technician called me back on my cell phone. He was wonderful and solved my problem in a few moments. The customer service at Panasonic is excellent. They responded quickly to my text and knew exactly what to do. The explanation was quite clear. The technician was very pleasant.

Our very first cordless telephone set was a Vteck with 2 handsets we bought in the 1990's, but when we moved to a larger house in 2000 & we wanted the largest set we could find we selected a Panasonic system with 4 cordless handsets because of ratings and price. We never experienced a problem with that very first Panasonic set. We updated that first set when the batteries wouldn't hold a charge and it was just cheaper to buy a new updated set. The next Panasonic cordless set had 5 hand pieces that held charges longer, had greater range into our yard and improved voice quality. That set eventually started dropping calls and wouldn't hold a charge so we updated to the brand new current five set system and even purchased an additional handset for another room for a maxium total of six handsets. Plus I also bought another three handset system for our basement. These phones work flawlessly and we especially enjoy the call block feature for permanently blocking robocalls. We're delighted that feature really works efficiently. We've set the system up so the telephone rings one time to let us know it blocked a number we set up with the call block button. We've told all our friends about it and they've been buying these cordless phones just for the wonderful call block feature. We enjoy using the handset to listen to the answering machine feature. We're considering syncing our smart phones with the base unit and have been playing with doing it with one of our phones. We've had good luck with Panasonic cordless phones over the years and will probably continue to buy them in the future. We also enjoy the included belt clips on the handsets and are surprised how few cordless manufacturers include belt clips with their cordless phones.
