just started with the hot flashes .. talk about torture ! Hot flashes hourly so severe feels like set on fire than doused with ice . Tried 50/50 cream made me very angry and did nothing for hope flames! Tried a few other vitamins nothing . Tried these and after a week instead of hourly fires i get about 3-4 per day and they are milder . I also take magnesium and zinc before bed . I also noticed my blood pressure is lower i am usually borderline high and now in a perfect level. i will take these pellets until this torture ends .

Ok first I'm not being paid to write this. Second get your reading glasses to see how to get the pellets out, lol. I didnt at first so I understand the struggle. Excellent relief from Hot Flashes..i went off yaz and may be in menopause.. I was desperate.. I also have Reynauds Disorder aka cold hands and feet... I am taking Balanced Femme drops. That lessened the Flashes and gave me energy. Wild Yam alone didn't not do much. Homeopathic remedies always works for me. The key is how to take it. Everyone know sublingual There are other rules also Do not take it with Caffeine...Caffeine can lessen the effects or even be the antidote. Take it a few hours before or after any caffeine. This is debated by modern practitioners. Believe me it's true. Do not take with overly spicy foods or right after you brush your teeth. Stay away from heat foods like hot pepper etc in general when having Hot Flashes. Alcoholic beverages should be kept to the bare minimum. If you sweat profusely. I started taking them 2 weeks ago and I have fewer hot flashes, which is helpful. What I noticed is that I don't have vaginal dryness, I'm often moist and that helps with sexual intercourse. Is my experience. I'll keep buying them. I use 5 pellets under my tongue once a day.

I have suffered from hot flashes for years now and I have found stuff that helps a little but these little pellets as soon as you feel a hot flash coming on you put those under your tongue and it completely goes away. Hmmm my Naturopath recommended it for pain. Most women took it for hot flashes which I don’t have. I have neuropathy from hell.
