Q: What is the mic quality of your voice to others? Bass sounding or tin can sounding?

Hi, The voice quality heard by the recipient can be affected by what they are using. If their headset does not have good frequency response on the speakers what they hear will be tinny, if they are using a good quality set of headphones they will hear good quality speech i.e. good bass and treble. The C3225 will output good speech quality but the recipient will determine what they hear.

Q: Does it come with the a case?

Hi there, sort of! My one came with a soft zipped carry case/bag. The actual ear pieces fold flat (through 90degrees) so it fits into the floppy (aerated) case with no problems. The case is about 20x 20 cm.

Q: How long is the cord?

About 2m with the usb attachment in place. About 1m if direct 3.5mm plug used.
