Received the neck massager today, at first I was what does this little thing think it can do for me. Wow!! What a big surprise I was in for. My wife was jealous that I got to try it out first. I love the remote feature also!! The packaging is like opening an Apple product, and the massager itself is like a pair of Beats Headphones. The heat feature is great also, not to hot, but just right. I love the white and silver look it has, but it may get dirty pretty quick with our longer hair and it being wet or having product in it, but that is why they make hair ties. It is USB to wallmount charged and ran, you can also plug it into the USB port anywhere you have one. They hit it out of the park on this one. Great job guys and gals!!!

Pros- The electrical stimulation is neat feeling and varies nicely in intensity from barely noticeable to potentially useful for torture and without expensive or yucky sticky pads you need to replace.-Heated option is great.-Rechargable and cordless so you can use it just about anywhere.Cons-Although the heat is silent and the "massaging" barely makes a sound it beeps very loudly when you turn it on or off or change functions, so you can't use it around people trying to sleep or discretely at the office or anything like that.-Although the button to turn it on is on the device you need the little remote to actually use the different functions. Did they think to include a place in the device to stash the tiny remote so you don't lose it? No, of course not.-I got this because I keep pinching a nerve around the c6/c7 area of my spine, I thought this could really help relieve that, but because of the inflexibility of the device being in a fairly rigid U shape you can't actually get it down that low on the neck. If the arms were a lot more flexible or could fold out of the way so I could use it lower this would be pretty amazing.-Not everyone is going to like the electrical stimulation... it "massages" by making your muscles twitch but I think the main benefit is it overloads your nerves with prickly sensations to distract from any other discomfort you might be having.

Wow this massager is amazing! The heat is just right not super hot but it feels good. The 3rd mode is my favorite to use. It seems to be like a tens unit that I’ve used before. It really helps my tight muscles in my neck. And I love that it’s wireless so I can use anywhere!!!

Was hesitant after reading reviews saying it didnt work... Received it and it works fine. Just remember to wet the neck area or you wont feel it working! I think the instructions shoudl say what action (accupuncture or massage) goes with what mode. Like what action does it begin with when turned on? It doesnt state what function. It should say press button once for accupuncture, press second time for massage etc. The heat isnt very impressive but the other functions seem to work well.. I hope it helps with my cervical pain. Time will tell. I also wish it came with the attachments for your back that I saw with another similar massager.

I just want to put it out there for anyone who has never used a tens unit, that is what this feels like. It’s a pulsing electro therapy type thing. I wouldn’t personally call it a massager at all... unless I’m missing something. If you don’t have a tens unit prescribed then sure this is great. I have a tens unit. Lol. I thought I was buying something else. I will say this is more convenient to use - no wires or sticky patches but it made me really nervous at first to get my neck wet. I simply used a damp wash cloth. The first time I tried it without getting my neck wet and felt nothing all. I didnt think it was working. Anyways it’s like a tens unit, not a massager. And the beeping when you change the level is obnoxiously loud.

This neck massager is different that most neck massager on the market. It comes in a sleek box and it comes with a remote and charging cord. For someone that is tense like my, this massager can definitely be on the side of too rough on my neck if i am extra stressed. However it really does help with neck tension and knots. A word of caution though it may cause a slight muscle spam when on a high setting. so be careful.Other than that once you get used to it is is a great neck massager for someone with chronic neck pain.

This works quite well, but you may have to be familiar with TENS machines to use it effectively at the beginning as the directions are poor. First, the electrodes and your neck need to be damp. Dry skin = nothing felt. It has a wide range of stimulation levels, and every time you change stimulation type/mode, the strength of the stimulation drops back to zero, and you have to inch up again. Too high = shock, so it is better to work up each time. The stimulation modes determine length and pattern of electrical activity. Just play around with which seems most relaxing at the moment or move through them. The electrode is wide enough to cover about an inch, so I put it up near the skull and then down near the shoulder.

I have an ailment that I am warned against using this, and it didn't say (and the listings never do) not to use it if you have certain ailments. so I gave it good scores because I didn't use it so couldn't give it any score beyond that. if you have a major ailment, don't buy medical things without first discussing it with your doctor. hope I've learned my lesson. I don't know for sure why this is dangerous to my well being, and fortunately I am FINALLY over my whiplash so I don't need it so much any more. be healthy, stay well, and take good care of yourself. note, this isn't dangerous, it's just not good for some of us with major ailments.
