Great Pedal for the money! Does what it's supposed to and the small foot print takes up little space on a pedalboard

Did not work!
I bought this for my brother in law who lives abroad. When he got it and tried to use it, it does not work! I brought back to the States, and tried to return it, but the return policy was for only 30 days. It's very unfair that he has to keep a defective item! I tried to contact Amazon before writing a review, but there is no way!!!
