There is a white tape on many things - is that supposed to come off? It smoked and smelt horrible when I turned the machine on and now I cant remove

You have to remove all tape before you turn it on

Scratched, dented, and clearly used…this product was NOT as advertised. Attempts to get product support through Amazon and Vevor have been impossible. A complete waste of booster money. Really, shame on Vevor and Amazon for selling this product.
