Is bolster wrapped and cover on bolster removable?

The cover is removable by easily unzipping, in fact I just washed it for the first time last week. The bolsters are one piece with cover but fit in my washing machine fine. I threw it in dryer to toss and it zipped back on and looked just like new. Very pleased with this bed and highly recommend it.

The bottom egg crate is about an inch high. Does it take time for it to expand once coming out of the box? It is paper thin! Dogs will not lay down

The egg crate doesn't take time to expand. Once I removed it from package it was ready to go. Mine is not paper thin. It's actually pretty thick,3 in and my dog loves it.

Can I buy another cover separately just in case this one gets damaged?

I asked the company if it is possible to buy replacement covers, and they said "no", but they offered to give me some money back to put toward purchasing an entirely new bed. I'm not sure what Tracy Pero is referring to. If she knows where one can buy replacement covers, I wish she'd say where, rather than just saying that it is possible.
