I just got it today. There are lots of paper designs, a book of folding instructions, and some markers and scissors. The scissors seem pretty high quality, but the markers seem a bit cheap. None the less, I think the origami will be fun to work on with grandkids, the older ones and the younger ones. There seems to be a nice selection of patterns to try that will provide challenging and easy ones for all of them.

Great quality paper for origami, the instruction booklet is clear enough for my 8 year old to read along and teach her 5 year old sibling together. They couldn't wait to open and try it out while I was busy, so i let them have a go at it without me, they made 4 projects perfectly without my help! There's so much to do, this will be used as an art curriculum for homeschool in our home!

I've got 2 kids who tend to get a little stir crazy when they are home together for a long period of time. I remembered liking origami when I was a kid and building some pianos, frogs, canoes, and swans, so I thought maybe this would be good to keep them entertained for a while.It comes with a bunch of paper, an instruction booklet, some tiny markers, and some really weak scissors (100% plastic). The instructions are decent. My daughter had a few designs where she thought there was extra paper...like the picture didn't match what she made after following instructions. I assume she missed a step, but she insists she did not. The box says it's for ages 3+, but she's having a little trouble at age 12. So, take the age recommendation lightly...obviously all kids are different.It's kept them busy for a good chunk of time now, and they have only done a few designs so far. So, with 150 sheets of paper it should last them a while before they run out.

Super cute set! The paper has the description and page number in the corner to help identify what your making. Definitely recommend!

Origami was always a favorite as a kid, and now they are stepping the game up with print on the paper. Easy to follow and the paper is great quality.

Hard for the 8 year old, but the 12 year old can use it. I don't know how it's 3+.

Got it for my niece for her birthday. Shes enjoying it.
