It does size up a little bit. "L" looks more like "M"

Runs small!!!!

Nice shirt but LG in Grey fits like a MD in white
There is nothing wrong with this shirt physically. Its a nice, comfy, light shirt. I wear a medium shirt in every brand. I had previously purchased the white one in MD. It fit me good but it was a little tighter than I like, so when I ordered 2 more I got them in Large. One white and one Grey. The LG white one is bigger than the MD white one but the LG Grey one is literally the exact size of my MD white one. I am so glad I didn't get the Grey one in medium or It probably would have fit me like a small. So just beware if you want a medium in the Grey color you are probably going to want to buy a large so it fits like a medium. Also it doesn't bother me personally but incase anyone wants to know, the shirts are shaped differently. The Grey one seems to have a deeper v neck and the back is longer than the front. The white one is the same length in the front and back and the v neck isn't as low. (In the pictures I laid the Grey one on top of the white one to show the size difference -again they are both size Large- and the side by side ones are to show the difference in shape and v neck depth)

Nice shirt, sizes run small
The shirts are nice and took the ink well. However, look closely at the sizing chart and even then you may want to go up one size. I bought 3 different size shirts for 3 different people and it was exactly the same problem with each of them. I bought my husband an XL which he wears that size in every shirt and it was too small before washing. When I looked back at the size chart their version of an XL is most companies Large. Otherwise the shirts worked great with the infusible ink process and I am a newbie.

Sized way too small!
I wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing. Now here I am up against a deadline for shirts with sublimation designs that don't fit anybody. I thought I could trust the cricut brand. These are at least 2 sizes too small! I thought I got children sizes except they were very long. I would never buy again!

The Best for sublimation
I recently sublimated one of the gray shirts and was blown away by the colors. Anyone that is into sublimation, you can't go wrong with these shirts. They are sublimating absolutely beautiful. Hands down the best sublimation shirts whether men's or women shirts.
