How many carrots are used in each bottle?

Hi There, We can't tell exactly how many carrots are used as our carrots come in all shapes and sizes. However we can say that we use 1.2kg of carrots to produce 1L of our carrot and turmeric Juice. We hope that helps :) Benefit Juice

How much potassium in the recommended amount ?

Hi Rose, I hope you're well. I can confirm that based on the analysis undertaken of our product, a 1 litre carton of Benefit Prune Juice on average contains 2766 mg of potassium, therefore our recommended serving contains approximately 692mg of potassium .
