What, exactly, is 120 mg of veg/fruit juice supposed to do?

This Jessica Rose must work for the company it's pretty obvious. However, 120 MG of dried veg/fruit juice won't do much but at least it's something.

How many mcg's is this? It's not anywhere in this ad.

The label states there is: 10mcg-K1 100 mcg-K2 as menaquinone 7 10 mcg-K2 as menaquinone 4 Which makes it to 120 mcg’s total

Not very big. Taste like you know what.

Capsule is made from cellulose and water. This a very good product, and I remove contents from capsule and mix it in my smoothie.
