As someone who has used weights to train for many years this product got me interested. I've tried bands before but never had enough resistance for them to be effective. This however was totally different. My first attempt I realised I had to remove some of the bands as I couldn't move it and I bench 120kg. The amount of different exercises you can do is fantastic. Also it really needs to be said this is a quality piece of kit, unlike other resistance band kits on the market. This really is worth the money. I'm very happy with it and can't recommend it enough.

Firstly the price of £170 for the full kit is very steep. For the same price you could fund a gym membership for nearly a year. Having said that, with the current climate it’s so much better than having to buy several different dumbbells & machines etc that will cost a lot more. The items are all of very good quality. Have tried nearly all exercises advertised and they all feel authentic, really surprised actually. The only flaws is the price & I would’ve liked the chest band to have been variable in width and not a one size fits all as it can get a little uncomfortable after a while. But I seriously would recommend this

While equipment is designed excellently and provides good resistance for muscle building, Only few things, 1. if you can add more than 3 slots in bench press equipment, in case if people want to buy more bands and systematically increase the resistance. 2. Also in workout guide it would more preferable to have muscle specific exercise, for example one page for chest, another for shoulders, currently it is written in context of your equipments how to use the rod, etc buyers might struggle to get find equivalent exercise of what it would be in gym. So instead having instruction about the usage of equipment, you can relate it to gym exercise, for example how to use your equipment which will be equivalent to the gym exercises. Else it is great design for home work out, I would highly recommend to people who have busy schedule and can't go to gym

When purchasing this equipment I was a little hesitant. With so many gimmicks out there I was in 2 minds. Once it arrived I put it straight to the test. I was very impressed and it gives a good workout targeting the muscle groups. The resistance is quality. Nothing is better or going beat going to the gym. But, if your in a position where time is tight and struggling make the gym. I would say this is the next best thing 👍

I have had this since the 12th of August and have been very impressed right up until today when one of the bands snapped. I am out of the return window and hoping that Innstar will sort me out a replacement band for my brown 200 LBS kit. I have decided to buy another gray 270 LBS kit and give them the benefit of the doubt on this because as I mentioned I really like the workout it gives me! If Innstar could sort out these quality control issues and make the bands more robust I think they would have a game changer on their hands

Excellent piece of kit. Plenty of exercise options and plenty of resistance. Hope workouts have never been so intense. Love it!

I absolutely loved the ability to do squads and workout biceps at the convenience of my home. Unfortunately, the quality is terrible - after about a month of light usage one of the resistance bands detached from the carabiner and injured my foot. As such these bands are not only poor quality, but are also potentially dangerous. Since the concept is good though, I'd probably recommend buying such device but from a different brand.

Been using this item for several months when suddenly one of the bands snapped during an exercise causing damage to my leg. Would not recommend as these are not made to last and could cause serious damage.

Bands seem weak. Received product yesterday. Used for the first time today and the band broke. I was doing over head press. Replaced quickly.

I love the design and strength of it. I also love that it got here way earlier then expected! This was a huge plus since I’m currently deployed overseas and the gyms being closed . I needed something ASAP. This came in just in time 💯🇺🇸

solid built worth the money well built bar is solid steel and easy to use

I purchased this set so I can work out and not have to buy expensive equipment that I do not have room for in my little house. Little did I know that the bands would be too strong for me. I will keep the set I purchased because I know my husband will use them. I will have to buy a lighter band set for myself. The system is clever and very versatile. I definitely see the value in this work out system.
