I may change my review if it takes a few weeks to work but so far my night sweats and hot flashes are just as bad........maybe my hormone balance is just too severe, I get hot flashes several times per hour and get a good night's sleep has been impossible......horrible night sweats that wake me up from being hot and then shivering cold all night long.......6 weeks later, still not working for me.

I tried this product in a fit of desperation. The hot flashes were driving me crazy!!! I tried this cream and within a 36 hours, my hot flashes stopped. The cream is light and easy to work into my skin. I was able to reduce the amount I use and am still happily hot-flash free! I have shared my love for MenoBalance with my friends and co-workers suffering in the same way and they all said the results are amazing. Thank you, MenoBalance!!!! I might live through this season of life after all.

I have been using this product when it was called Restored Balance PMS cream for at least 18 years. I was ordering it from Restored Balance by the case at about 1/3 the price. But it is such a good product that I will continue to use it even at the increased cost.I began using it as a PMS cream; then as a menopause cream to reduce and even eliminate hot flashed, night sweats, and mood swings; and now, as a post menopause cream. Besides the emotional benefits, it is also helpful in decreasing the loss of bone density (osteoporosis). I am 67 and have been using this cream since I was about 49.

Product smells rancid. No instructions came with it. Some of the product leaked out and was inside shopping box.

This cream has helped with my peri-menopause symptoms of hot flashes, migraines, cramping, etc. However, it wasn't as helpful to a friend I recommended it to. I think its effectiveness depends on the type of hormonal imbalance you have. I highly recommend trying it to see if it works for you.

Unfortunately my case was so severe this would not work for me I had high hopes as it works for so many I know !!

I bought this for my mom who is going through menopause and she LOVES this stuff! It really helps with her hot flashes. When she's out of this stuff everyone else in the house freezes cause she turns the air on too often. I would recommend this cream to ANYONE going through menopause!
