3 capsules a day
You will get a minimum of a month's supply of a vegetarian, gluten and GMO-Free supplement with Vitamin C&d, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Elderberry, Olive Leaf extract and a few other ingredients to boost and support your immune system. The capsules come in a nicely designed bottle, and are medium in size and easy to swallow, with a slight aftertaste (nothing too overpowering) and no side effects afterwards (not that I noticed). You do have to take 3 capsules a day, which might be a bit much, especially when you take other supplements during the day as well. You can always try and spread taking the capsules one by one during the day, but I personally tend to forget to take supplements on time, so I just push it and take in one go.I tend to have issues with my immune system, especially from winter to springtime, so I do take additional supplements to help my body. I have been taking it for only a few days, so I can't comment too much about if I have seen major changes, but I am hopeful.I take all my supplements in the mornings just after breakfast, as that works the best for me, and that's when I noticed the biggest benefits.I think it is a good quality supplement at a reasonable, good price, but considering you only get a month's supply, and it is not vegan (or lactose free), it is a bit too pricey.

Vegetarian
There is a lot to like about this supplement. The mix of vitamins and minerals is impressive. It is obviously well thought out and I am comfortable that does the immune supporting that it claims. They have used a vegetarian capsule and this is a clearly marked vegetarian product which is great. However it doesn’t appear to be suitable for vegans and they suspect the vitamin D is derived from an animal source which would make a vegetarian but not vegan. You get 90 easy enough to swallow capsules here and if you go for the recommended maximum dosage of three capsules daily then this will last you approximately a month. The price is right at just over a tenner and it’s definitely one to consider especially if you are vegetarian.

Trying these out
I’m on immune-suppressant meds, so I thought these might be useful in bolstering my immune system. Esp’ good to do right now, during the Covid-19 pandemic. As ever, I read the labels, research a little online, and if I feel they’re safe, take the pills as directed. I have to confess I’ve never been able to know, scientifically, if these sorts of supplements are really doing me any good. But I remain - despite chronic ailments (for which I take the immune-suppressing meds) - relatively healthy. So maybe these contribute to that? They don’t seem to cause any adverse effects.

You'll need to get over the smell first
I've taken many different complexes over the years to boost my natural immune system, most have little smell to them if any at all. When I took the lid off I was met with quite a smell. The kids had great fun taking them around the family saying 'smell these.' So not the best of starts for these tablets. If you can get over the smell these tablets have enough vitamins to help support your immune system.
