🚀 Elevate Your 3D Printing Game!
This 15-piece set of 36 teeth brass extruder wheels is designed for compatibility with popular 3D printers like CR-10 and Ender 3. Each gear measures 11 x 11 mm with a 5 mm inner diameter, ensuring a perfect fit. Made from durable brass, these wheels offer excellent bearing capacity and are rustproof, making them a reliable choice for enhancing your printer's performance.

This is a great upgrade!
I have two Creality Ender-3 V2 Neo printers. I am also in a Facebook group that helps get new people printing. Too many buy a 3D printer and jump immediately into 'upgrading' the parts before even learning how to print with a stock printer - big mistake, as you will be unable to figure out which of the 'upgrades' is causing the problems. I have been printing for two years now, and these parts will be my first 'upgraded' part. These are extruder gears, and they bite slightly into the filament to push it into the Bowden Tube (think filament guide) and into the Hot End where the filament melts and is deposited on the print bed. The originals are brass, and over time will have a groove worn into them. When they wear out on my printers, I will replace them with these, as stainless steel is far stronger than brass and will last a lot longer.

Much longer lasting than brass and work great.
The brass gears that came with my Ender printer didn’t last long at all before it began underextruding. These steel ones last much longer and if you ever have even the slightest suspicion that they are wearing you can just replace them. They are very easy to change and you get more than you’d probably ever need. This really saved me a lot of 3d printing headaches.

A great replacement for the stock extruder gear, if a bit hard to install.
The stock extruder gear wears out pretty quick, but these steel ones are fantastic, I have yet to wear out the first one. A bit hard to take off the stock one by hand, but if you have a vice it is fairly easy. Just seat the motor vertically in the vice, resting the weight of the motor on the stock gear between the jaws of the vice. Then, tap on the motor shaft with a screw driver and hammer to gradually slide the shaft out of the gear, be prepared to catch the motor safely. Once off, these gears do not need to be press fit, and can be tightened with the installed grub screws. For added security you can cut a slot in the shaft of the motor for the screw to bind to. Tldr: All in all a much cheaper solution than buying a whole new stepper motor.

Works great for a nice price.
The extruder wheel mysteriously got very loose on my Ender 3 Pro. It was so loose that it actually fell off while I was troubleshooting the issue. Turns out that one of the tiny set screws holding it on had backed itself out and was swallowed up by the universe, never to be seen again. As I have several printers and these pieces do wear out over time, I thought I would give it a try. I'm glad I did. Not only is the printer working as good as ever, now I have quite a few spares for whatever comes next.Recommended.

Lasts longer than the brass gear that comes with Creality CR10 v2 printer
After only a few days of non-stop printing, the teeth on the brass gear that came installed on my Creality CR10 v2 printers each started wearing down to where it was no longer able to provide consistent feeding/extruding of filament. So, I ended up trying these stainless steel extruder gears. While this gear only has 36 teeth compared to the 40 teeth on the stock CR10 gear, there was no problems feeding filament to my prints. The diameter, after all, is the same (so the pitch is slightly different given the 36T vs 40T difference). This stainless steel gear is definitely outlasting the brass gear that came with the CR10 v2. How much longer will it last than the stock CR10 gear? The teeth do appear to show signs of wear now but has outlasted the CR10 gear in the number of days it's gone without wearing down. So I approximate the teeth on this lasts around 2-3x longer than the CR10 (non scientific answer).
