Zero Sliding, Total Win
We have hardwood floors, a small (light) kitchen dining table, and four very fidgety kids—so mealtimes used to be frustrating because the table would constantly slide around. After using these, the table doesn’t move at all. I can’t even slide it myself when I need to clean—my husband actually has to lift the table now! Such a simple solution, but incredibly effective. Highly recommend for anyone with hardwood floors and active kids!

Will certainly buy more.
I was afraid I would have to buy 2 sets, but they can be cut down to the size required...and still had some left over. I cut them into strips and again in half. They are hidden nicely. Don't scratched the fake wooden floor. Don't make that high pitched noise while putting the furniture in place. I used them the strengthen the tension curtain poles in my and my son's rooms. Now the poles do not slide back and forth. These pads were a lot less expensive than the risers I started to get and they work perfectly. They come in 4 big squares, which are split into 4 strips each. For my project I cut the strips in half, and still have a full square left. Size is not an issue.

Keeps my barstools from sliding
Worked perfectly on kitchen barstools. Will not skid. I actually have to lift the stools to move them. Easy to use. Perfect size for my stools.

The non-slip grip, strong adhesive, and versatility make them a valuable addition to any home
**GorillaPads CB147 Furniture Grippers - Non-Slip Rubber Floor Protectors** As someone who values keeping my floors in good condition while ensuring my furniture stays in place, I decided to try the GorillaPads CB147 Furniture Grippers. I was looking for an effective solution to prevent my furniture from sliding around and to protect my hardwood floors from scratches. **What I Like:** - **Non-Slip Grip**: These furniture grippers work exceptionally well in keeping furniture in place. I’ve used them on a variety of pieces, including sofas, chairs, and tables, and they’ve significantly reduced the sliding, even on slick surfaces like hardwood and tile. The rubber material provides excellent traction. - **Floor Protection**: In addition to preventing furniture from moving, the GorillaPads do a great job of protecting floors from scratches and scuffs. The pads are thick enough to create a cushion between the furniture and the floor, which is especially important for heavier pieces. - **Strong Adhesive**: The adhesive backing is strong and ensures the pads stay attached to the furniture legs. Even after moving the furniture around a bit, the pads remained securely in place, which adds to their durability and effectiveness. - **Versatility**: These pads are versatile and can be used on a wide range of furniture types and flooring surfaces. Whether it’s a large sofa or a small chair, the pads can be trimmed to fit different sizes, making them adaptable to various needs. **What I Don’t Like:** - **Adhesive Residue**: While the adhesive is strong, it can leave a bit of residue on the furniture if you decide to remove the pads. This isn’t a major issue but might require some cleaning to remove any sticky remnants. - **Thickness**: The pads are quite thick, which is great for protection, but they might slightly elevate your furniture. This could be an issue if you prefer your furniture to sit flush with the floor or if the added height is noticeable. - **Price**: The GorillaPads are a bit more expensive than some other furniture protectors on the market. While the quality justifies the price, it might be a consideration if you need a large quantity for multiple pieces of furniture. **Bottom Line:** The GorillaPads CB147 Furniture Grippers are an excellent solution for anyone looking to keep their furniture in place while protecting their floors from damage. The non-slip grip, strong adhesive, and versatility make them a valuable addition to any home, particularly if you have hardwood or tile floors. While they are slightly more expensive and can leave some adhesive residue, their overall effectiveness and durability make them a worthwhile investment. If you’re tired of your furniture sliding around and want to protect your floors, these grippers are a great choice.

Stays stuck and doesn't slide
I needed some felt feet for some dressers on my new floor. These work well. They are thick and don't cause my furniture to slide around. The 2" worked perfectly. I will order these again if I need.

It worked! Yay! (mostly)
Update: although these do grip well, they don't last. Over time they just stop working and the stickiness goes away. I ordered these in March and it's now December and I have had to replace some of them a few times. I finally just took off the ones on my loveseat-sized sofa - if I wanted to lean my back against the couch, it would move back. And the little discs kept dislodging as the stickiness didn't last. I have some under a chair that still seem to work okay but I rarely sit in that chair so they don't have regular use but at least those are still in use so my money wasn't completely wasted. I would not reorder these again and in fact I just ordered a different kind/brand. ------- My new loveseat/sofa would slide back any time I wanted to sit on the floor and put my back against it. Or just in general if I sat in it a certain way it may move back. It was driving me crazy. So I found these and since I've used Gorilla products before, I was fairly confident, but still, wasn't sure it would work. But it did work! That loveseat isn't budging. I sat on the floor and leaned my weight on it and it didn't budge. I tried moving it by pulling on the back of it - didn't budget, unless I put some pressure to it. I also used these on a chair, and as well I had a wobbly metal table and these took out the wobble, though I did have to cut them down for that. Wish they made smaller sizes! I am so happy with this solution to my problem. Easy to use. Could protect floors as well. To consider: -These may not stay on if you slide them across a rug - they could come off - the glue isn't super duper but I wouldn't want something that adhered too strongly anyway. -If you want to move your furniture, it's going to be more difficult. You'll either have to pick up the furniture, or push/pull it with a little more effort (and the pads may come off but they stick back on), or remove the pads, move the furniture, and then replace the pads. Recommend.

Problem solved!
These pads are a total game-changer for keeping items in place. We have a small portable fan that's really powerful but tends to "walk" across the floor when it’s running on our hardwood floors. These pads have worked wonders, keeping the fan solidly in place without any shifting. We’ve also started using them to secure fragile Christmas figurines from sliding around on shelves. The 1" size is perfect for small appliances and delicate items. They’re super easy to apply and don't leave any sticky residue when you remove them, which is a huge plus. If you're looking for a simple solution to keep things from sliding or shifting, we'd highly recommend them — they work exactly as promised.
